Henry always loves his treats and food…

Henry always loves his treats and food from Mia's and I know it's very healthy. I wouldn't buy it anywhere else. The buffalo ears are brilliant - I give him one when I am on the phone or going out for an hour - they last a long time and keep him very well-occupied.

I'm very happy with the service

I'm very happy with the service from Mia's Tuck Shop. I ordered a Hurtta Monsoon coat for my Cocker Spaniel and I received regular notifications on delivery ect. The coat arrived well packed and arrived quickly.

Not buy one get one free

I ordered the ‘buy one get one free’ mystery box for £20. Though it turned out that they had also been on offer at ‘half price for £10’ the previous week which is disappointing and false advertising.
The chews included were good quality but it was a very small selection if I’m honest. A risk you take when it’s a mystery box. The pricing was the most disappointing

We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the chews included. Each mystery box contained items with a retail value of over £20 in our shop, which we felt represented excellent value for money, and this has been reflected in the positive feedback we’ve received from many other customers.
As mystery boxes are a surprise selection, there is always an element of variability, and we appreciate you recognising that this is a risk inherent in purchasing this type of product.
In terms of pricing, we’d like to clarify that the Buy One Get One Free offer and the £10 clearance offer ran at different times as separate promotions. The earlier £10 offer was a short-term clearance deal, and the later BOGOF promotion was a new promotion rather than a continuation of the previous pricing. We certainly had no intention to mislead and are sorry if this caused disappointment.
We’re always happy to discuss concerns directly and it’s a shame we weren’t contacted before the review was left, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to explain or help further. We do genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate our offers going forward.

Disappointing service

Unfortunately the goods I recieved were not what I ordered. I have no issue with this as mistakes happen, my issue is that I reported this immediately after receiving the goods and 4 days later I am still having to chase for responses on how to rectify the issue.
