This is the best drinking fountain for cats that I’ve ever found and Max the cat loves it. The problem is they do not now ship spares to the UK. I have a pump that needs replacing every few years and a pump filter that has fragile arms. I have written asking how to get spares but no reply.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!

My water filter stopped working and you can no longer purchase the filters from their website. You have to go for the customer service who takes quite a while to get back to you. Once you've finally made contact with them, they'll tell you they'll replace your pump and it will take multiple months for them to get back to you for a tracking number. I kept emailing asking for updates and they just said that they closed down some factories so it's going to take a while and once the filter finally came to me months after it broke they sent me the wrong one and it doesn't even have all the parts so I still can't use my extremely expensive water fountain.

It's ridiculous and they are no help.

This is the only fountain that our cats will drink from. It is the quietest fountain I have found, and looks absolutely lovely. The motion sensor is an absolute must - not only does it preserve the longevity of the pump, it also keeps our cats more interested.

It is a very pricey investment, but given that they are handmade and our cats love them, it has still been worth it for us.

I also love the matching bowl with the fountain. It is a good shape and easy for the cats to eat from.

The only negative is that the UK store closed down! For the second fountain I purchased, I ended up using a shipping company to order from the Italian website and getting it shipped to the UK separately.

I ordered a fountain in their website which isnt really safe. When I was about to confirm my basket nothing happened but a blank page. No messages, no email, so I thought it didn't work. BUT I still have been charged for the foutain I supposed to have ordered.

When I try to reach for the customer service. No responses in a month. Still no information as of today.

Disastrous experience.
The payment page was bugging and indicated a technical error and payment refused so I processed the order and payment 5 times with the same error message. It appeared that the payment was actually approved and so I was charged for 5 fountains and tried to cancel 4 as soon as I received the order confirmations in my mailbox. I finally accepted to receive two and the other 3 were returned.
Only two refunds were confirmed to be processed by email. However, three weeks later the cash hasn’t been received on my bank account so it seems this company is partially funding itself by holding customer cash. I am continuously chasing customer service for an answer but I have no feedback on what is happening.

I’m very frustrated because this is now the second time I’ve had the exact same issue with an order from Miaustore.
My latest order (#611407, January 19, 2026) has been stuck on “Payment pending” for days. I paid via PayPal, which normally confirms and processes payments instantly, yet:
the order status has not changed
I did not receive a proper order confirmation email
it’s completely unclear whether my order is being processed at all
This is especially concerning because the same thing already happened before with order #611345 (October 17, 2025). That order also remained on “Payment pending,” was never fulfilled, and I eventually had to request my money back.
Now the exact same situation is happening again, which suggests a serious problem with their payment or order management system. When customers are paying premium prices, they should not have to wonder whether their order even exists in the system.
The product itself may be good, but the ordering experience feels unreliable and stressful. Poor communication and repeated payment status issues make it very difficult to trust the company.
At this point, I honestly don’t know if it’s worth trying to order again.

Everything went well, very easy to install

The fountain was initially delivered to me in pieces. I contacted the company and they were very polite and helpful. They send me a new fountain and it arrived fast (in Portugal). The fountain is beautiful and my cats are drinking more than before! The only little downside is that you have to replace the water and clean the pump every few days otherwise it gets blocked with hair and it starts making noise. And my cats don't loose so much hair.. something to keep in mind when ordering the fountain. But very positive about it otherwise!

The website had functionality issues but I was able to place my order and check out using PayPal. The order was confirmed even I was worried for a moment. My report of the issues was acknowledged.
The delivery was really fast.

I was skeptical about this product because the website is designed a little scam-like. But I bought it anyways and my cats love this fountain. The pump is quiet, you just gotta make sure it’s suctioned to the bottom (even though my cats try to catch the pump inside and move it- they only do this when the water isn’t completely full). The fountain is a cute design and it’s a great addition to our house. And they finally started drinking out of it! It’s also very easy to clean. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase :)

I ordered 2 weeks ago one fountain to Barcelona in Spain. Now the parcel is lost and for 12 days no info of the Miaustore, where and when my order is.

No help is beeing offered, after a mistake from the company to send it to Barcelona in Germany????

The contact telefon number is not working, the tracking number is also not working and the Miaustore is doing NOTHING to help to solve the issue.

Super BAD experience.
