Coming from a Financial Services background yourself, your feedback carries even more weight. We completely agree that in 2026, parents shouldn't be held back by paperwork, wet signatures, or the need for physical branch appointments. Life is busy enough without those unnecessary hurdles, and being told to "come back for an appointment" is exactly the kind of friction we are determined to remove.

We believe that financial services should work around your schedule, not the other way around. Our goal is to keep using technology to give parents their time back, rather than taking it away with outdated processes.
