We are one of the earliest users
We are one of the earliest users, so we’re told straight away that the app is still wip. But what made a big difference is how supportive the support team is, how responsive they are, so I didn’t find the whole onboarding difficult at all - if anything I wanted all the features straight away. We moved 3 JISAs seamlessly, set up regulars quickly, and have paid for a gifting feature - which is sooo worth it. Almost instantly the loved ones wanted to contribute to kids accounts, something they’ve not done before - so I feel being able to do it directly, so easily online is genius! We could review the gift messages but once we’ve done it, they were gone, so kids could only be able to access them once they access the money - how beautiful is that!
