On follow up visit I wasn't present due to work but family member said they were very helpful with finding reasons for our visitors and took away that what was trapped. Would recommend

We had issues with rats, rang JG Pest control after trying to sort the problem ourselves, made the call at 09.20 and they were at our house by 11.30, Tony is amazing, what he doesn’t know about rats isn’t worth knowing, we are due a follow up visit in 2 weeks, fingers crossed there has been no rat action for 5 days now, can’t recommend them highly enough Job Visit Reference 351684

I did not have a mouse infestation as you refer to.
I had a rat infestation. The technician was pleasant laid two to three containers of poison.
After two weeks the problem with the rats persisted.I bought poison on Amazon and laid it down.
It quickly disappeared.
The third week another technician arrived to fill holes which I had already done.
He did not even remove the old empty containers asked me to leave the Amazon poison out.

I contacted them one month ago. I found them on google. Their response was quick and they tried to match other offers that I got and they have got very close to it. This made me choose them and also the professional way of talking on the phone and explaining everything about the process. Everytime I had something to ask they were there and the service was impeccable. I did not have any more issues after they came and I thank them on this way! 352871

We had a flea problem, and after trying everything we could think of, we were losing our minds! JG Pest Control used the chemical spray treatment and it’s completely sorted our problem! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dealing with this company has been a very bad experience. The people in the office did such a poor job at sorting out my issue. I had booked a morning appointment (8-2 6 hours window) and no one came. When I tried to ask for a refund they refused to assure me I will get my refund if I cannot be there for my appointment. I had to take time off work and an uber to make sure I will be there for when someone decides to come over. The people in the office I spoke to were very rude and not willing to help with the problem their company created. Book any other company, I am sure they will be better than this mess.

Takes ages to get through, when you need to reschedule or make another appointment they put you through to customer services and hang up on you, the line goes dead. When you try to complain no one listens they hang up.

We had mice recently and was quoted a price over the phone which was actually the price without VAT. They only charge a fixed fee which is massively expensive and we had a really small issue which only required one visit. A comprehensive survey was promised, but really the bare minimum was completed. The guy was here for about 20 minutes and didn't even check everywhere that he could have. When phoning to see if we can claim some money back, they don't want to know. You don't feel like a valued customer and like they are just looking to grab money. Many other places offering the same service for a 10th of the price (not even an exaggeration) ...
On the plus side, we don't have mice any more though, but sure did pay through the teeth for it!

Mice Pest Control offer a three visit service but solved by issue in two visits! They offer a quick and efficient service, I would highly recommend.
