Reading other reviews, it seems this company is a great florist. Sadly, the experience with night lights (box of 50) has been rather different. The batch we received appears to be defective. Three candles lit - each failed to remain alight beyond a couple of minutes. Normally, I would not take recourse to Trustpilot in this situation, but sadly I have neither had a response to a voice message, nor to email. Update: Full refund now applied to my card. Thank you. Increased rating from 1 star to 2.

Good for large items like foam funeral tributes, but useless for smaller items, this is the second order smaller items have not been delivered. Last time small pack of aluminium letters and this time, two packs of vinyl letters. And even though I had I formed them, no refund. Not a big deal only a few pounds, but still not great customer service. But as I said, good for oasis shapes, and arrive quickly on their next day premium delivery.

I ordered 30 black floral vases and 30 pink, they are exactly how they were described on their website. I made an error when ordering re delivery collection but I’m in Manchester!, anyway the lady changed it no problem and I paid £5.50 the package was delivered the next morning just before 9am superb. I phoned the company up to thank them. Will be ordering from there all the time now. (Delivery was suppose to be in 5-7 working days but next day fantastic. Thanks again

I expected what I ordered a multi strand flexible wire, what I actually got was a single strand non flexible wire, completely misleading photograph as you do not get what you are paying for.
I would never buy from them again.. beware and avoid!!!!!!!

I ordered 50 sheets of Metallic GOLD tissue paper...... when I received my order it contained 50 sheets of SILVER tissue paper...... fed up of internet shopping

Online prices are amazing, I required 100 baskets but there were payment issues. I spoke to Joe over the phone who resolved every issue, I even forgot to pay extra for express delivery and he added everything over the phone and sorted it for me.
