I ordered a handbag from the UK website. I had email updates informing me my bag was being sent from the Netherlands and DPD would delivery. I had a delivery date 3/4 days after ordering but the item did not arrive. DPD just said it’s on it’s way with no further update I waited a few more days without an update. I contacted MK via email but had to wait until Monday as the customer service was closed Saturday and Sunday. They did email back and informed me orders were high and deliveries were delayed but to wait a few more days. I popped on trust pilot and was a bit nervous about these reviews. But dpd did update on the delivery and I received the items days later. A week later that informed. Approximately 11/12 days after ordering The item is exactly as it was online so I’m happy. I feel like communication could have been a bit better regarding the delay but the end result is I’m happy with my item.
I purchased some boots online in the sale. Thinking MK was a ‘luxury’ brand, I assumed that they’d be decent quality. Within a few weeks, the leather had completely peeled off the boots, making them look unsightly. I contacted customer services to alert them to a lack of product quality / fault order and they denied any and all responsibility. Disgusting customer service and I’ve essentially been conned out of my money.
Wish I’d read the reviews!! Will never again buy from Michael Kors. Returned item weeks ago and still no refund and customer support useless, telling me to wait yet another week. No excuse when other companies refund so quickly these days. Never again!
Despite promptly receiving a confirmation email after placing my order on February 2nd, I encountered frustrating delays and lack of transparency regarding my order’s status. Despite contacting customer service twice, I received minimal assistance, and ultimately, my order was deemed unsuccessful without any satisfactory explanation provided.

My husband has to go into dialysis three times a week to keep alive. I told them and they did nothing about it so I’m left with an item that I never ordered never buy again off Michael Kors. They don’t understand the stress that they’ve put us through. Do not sent your return by post. It is more safe and 1000 times faster if you return your items to the nearest store. It takes so long to wait for your refund otherwise. And customer service is so bad.

Michael Kors Glasgow. Bought a bag 8 days ago at Black Friday sale price of £185. 6 days later it’s reduced again by £60. The store won’t refund the difference or give a voucher. You need to buy something/anything at the difference in cost. Even though when I called I was told they would refund the difference . Rude management.
Disgusting service by DEKA in MK customer service, made me wait over a hour and got no where. Informed due to a bereavement I could not use the discount code, despite this they ignored my concern, so much for being a loyal customer a sending hundreds with them!
I’ve recently ordered 2 of the new jet set charm bags and I’m over the moon with them!. I asked for gift wrap and they arrived lovely, the boxes were in really good condition and the bags were stunning!. Shipping was so quick too!
Package not delivered to recipient, I contact them and be told they won't do anything as DPD won't let them open a case after 7 days. I contact DPD and they are most helpful saying it is definitely 14 days and always has been. Michael Kors still won't do anything! Taken my money and refusing to deliver their product.

If I could give no stars I would! If you want a refund go to a shop, 16 days ago I sent my items back and still no refund, Royal Mail confirmed delivery my item even went back on the website to be sold again but I’ve still not been refunded. The customer service now wants me to prove that I sent them back with the tracking receipt! Why when you have emailed me and your website says you have it when I track it what a joke! I used to like this company but not anymore
The way I have been treated is disgusting ! I have been treated like a liar and a disonest person. You have sold me a defected product that effected my health! I have provided all the proofs and the photos L. has asked me. Still I was treated like a liar. Your customer advisor had a despicable behaviour. I'm a healthcare worker. I did not deserve to be treated like this. You should choose better your employees. This is a disgusting company. I will share this comment on trustpilot. I want everyone to know how you treat your customers. Shame on you!
The main issue that they need to work on is refunds. Michael Kors holds onto your money for far too long and takes forever to issue your refunds. Slowest company I have ever encountered for refunds. Have called and sent emails to chase this up and no has done anything to issue the refunds even though they received the items back ages ago. I am still waiting for 4 orders to be refunded. I am writing this review to highlight this issue so that they can improve their refund processing time and issue their refunds as soon as Royal Mail delivers the item back to them like most companies.
Product not delivered on scheduled day, down to me to sort out. No help from Michael Kors, so product was returned. Refund will take 3 weeks to process, no explanation why. Certainly will not use Michael Kors again, truly appalling customer service.
Bought a bag for my wife for our 1 year anniversary because they had 25% off the entire store and a had a 10% off code since it was my first order. So it hasn’t even been 3 weaks and the same exact bag is $100 cheaper than what I paid for, even though the sales over. So I talked to the csr twice for a price match and they refused because the policy is only valid for 7 days! I mean come on its not even been 3 weaks its not like I’m coming back after years, it’s not even like I’m coming back after months
