The best PT!
I started with Micha in January this year. I wasn’t new to dieting or training at the gym and I’ve had a PT in the past but I never achieved my goal. I put on A LOT of weight after my second child and although I did lose a lot of it, I never reached where I wanted to be and my weight kept fluctuating a lot. I set goals with Micha in January and by March I was there! Literally couldn’t believe it. I lost 10kg in 3 months! Micha is literally a fountain of knowledge! Her app is brilliant, she has lots of useful tools and guides to help with every aspect of training and nutrition. Her form videos take away the nerves for gym beginners and for when you’ve never performed a particular exercise before. Weekly check ins and form checks are a god send and I really look forward to them as it sets you up for the week and you’re clear on what you need to do to keep progressing. Micha works your social plans in around the goals you’ve set yourself so nothing is off limits.
