it was really great experience, I have learnt alot about technical roles, sourcing strategies, how to attract candidates for a the position through a creative job posting.

Before the program, my technical IT knowledge was not yet that extensive and the purpose of every IT position was not always clear to me within the organizations. After completing the program I have expanded my IT knowledge, I have a clear picture of which IT function contributes to which objectives of a organization. I now challenge organizations even more to specifically mention where the IT professional can make a difference and I am more successful in downsizing vacancies in order to create even better matches in IT.

Micheal is a great teacher who works methodically. His knowledge of the field is profound and he knows how to transfer knowledge in a pleasant way. The supporting teaching materials helped me to increase my knowledge as an IT recruiter.

I was struggling with finding the most efficient way to source candidates. Michal helped with finding multiple ways to source candidates very efficient. Michal has a technical background and later he became a recruiter, which made him understand both the technical as the recruitment side.
