Bought new tyres and 12 months later same company gave them advisories saying tyres were not great (8,200 miles) .When I told them I had bought them from them, I was insulted with well that’s what you get for buying budget Mazini tyres. Have an on going complaint , a horrific company to deal with ( we will get in touch with you is the worst I’ve seen - I.E they don’t ) what ever your name you want to hide behind, ( sumitomo, pro tyres, Buckley tyres, Barry Wilkinson ) you’ve been warned keep well away . I have trainers that have lapped these 10 times over. Was asked to pay for an expert report to challenge the quality of the tyres by the area manager Liam, how 1980s can you be, still not sure wether it’s a company or local issue. Shameful if I could give a zero, a one star is over praise, customer support is none existent.

The team at Micheldever Station went above and beyond to help us out with a puncture on our BMW today, it was a great relief to find they had the required tyre in stock (very unusual in our experience) but then did their best to get us back on the road when they discovered the alloy had gone too. Ended up with a low loader home but a big thanks to the team for their help and hospitality

David was superb from the minute he took over from the girl that was not very comfortable with talking about motorcycle tyres, she ordered the wrong tyres!
He has a wealth of knowledge regarding motorcycle tyres and made a fantastic job of supplying and fitting two new tyres to my BMW Adventure f800 GS trophy.
If it was not for him I would have taken my business elsewhere. 👍

Had 3 run flat tyres fitted and pleased with them.

Utter rubbish service! I booked on line for 4 tyres to be fitted on Dec 5 at 11am and paid by credit card £660. Money has been debited from my account. Short while later I get an email saying I hadn’t completed my transaction! I phone the depot and am told there’s no booking shown for me on that date and time. They give me a mobile number to call Camelia who would sort things out, whoever she is. I tried it 3 times no answer so left voice messages and sent a long text. No response whatsoever So I called them again and am given their marketing dept office number, where Camelia works. I tried continually from 4.45pm for 10 minutes and it’s permanently engaged - or more likely off the hook. I phoned the depot back to speak to someone there and guess what, it rang and rang with no answer. So I have spent £660 and made countless phone calls and cannot speak to anyone who can sort out what’s gone wrong. I knew I should have gone to Halfords. Hopefully someone will pick up this review and make contact😡😡😡

One to avoid, quoted a price for sumitomo bc100(£100) invoice says Falken ze310ec, when checking the tyres, they are sumitomo, so checked price online and they sell them for £81.54, rang/email them and customer service is also non existent.

Managed to source some rather rare tyres for me to have fitted before I went on holiday. Efficient and friendly service.

Went to the Caterham branch. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Work was carried out by Kobi and Mick. I’m happy with the red and will definitely be using them again.

Took my car in to be MOT'd and it failed miserably!! But, as always, they went out of their way to ensure what needed to be fixed to get it through the MOT was done quickly and efficiently! A shout out to Tom, who went out of his way to ensure the repair work was done within 24hrs, slotting it in during a busy Saturday's work so that I could be mobile to look after my grandchildren during the week ahead. Spent a wasted day trying to get tyres/services under VAT free legislation for disabled people's adapted vehicles.

I was stranded with a shredded tyre from a pothole. Micheldever Tyre and Auto came directly to me with a complete mini workshop and sorted the issue. They could have been more helpful and friendly, especially given I was their first morning call.

Personable, clear, and friendly help when in a tricky situation.
My second puncture repair experience, this time with my car, resulted in very easygoing and rapid response for a same-day mobile repair and tyre fitting.
The first experience was with a motorcycle puncture repair visit to their branch a few weeks ago.
They came highly recommended, and i will in turn highly recommend them.
Straightforward and friendly team and great value repair service.

Took car in for puncture repair.
The man made little effort to remove the flint. Told me it was too big to repair.
Sold me new tyre £200. The old tyre was only 40% worn.
I kept the damaged tyre. Took it to Basingstoke auto centre who repaired the puncture without any issues. Delightful staff and capable. Just £15 cost. So in summary it would appear that Michael Dever tyres are only interested in Flogging you a new tyre. Technically costing me £180 more than auto centre. And wasting two hours of my time… so far.

Refused to mot my car unless i could prove when the timing belt was replaced due to the mileage.. Being a garage owner myself i couldn't believe what i was hearing. I couldn't actually prove at that time it had been replaced, What didn't make any sense is the fact that they serviced my car 3 days prior to the mot then refused to mot the car as there was a possibility that the engine could be damaged. They apparently would be happy to book the car in and replace the timing belt the following week. I don't think so...Being in the trade i rang the manufacturer of the vehicle and a couple of other local garages to explain my experience. They had never heard anything liked it . I did ring the next day to see if i could get an answer to the problem but i have yet to receive a call. Over the years I have spent a lot of money at Micheldever tyres but no more.
