In shop and supporting online
Staff were helpful in the shop (happily leaving me to try instruments) and when the website hung (I needed it delivered to a distant address) they quickly resolved it on the phone. The piano was delivered speedily as promised, with a message on the day of transit to say it was on the way. Great service all round.

Happy Grandma .
My grandson has just started to learn Ukulele at his school and wanted one for christmas . it had to be the same one . After searching extensively online and failing to find the exact one , i found your online shop . i am so happy . It was delivered well within the 5 working days . Even though that you made a stock mistake and you didn't have all that I wanted you gave me the option to either cancel or wait until the stock had come in. some other companies would either just go ahead with out getting in touch with the customer or cancelling the order completely so many thanks for doing that
