Everything arrived safely and packed very well. Unfortunately the castors were the wrong size. I spoke with a young man at your shop who very kindly said that I could return them & that my money would be reimbursed.

Good sales team but not the best online customer support
In store spoke to two staff. Both gave really useful information. The second was definitely more of a salesman but don’t doubt any of the technical information about the digital piano I got and helped inform which piano I wanted.
In store the piano I got had a label that offered a 5 year warranty and this was highlighted by the salesmen as a positive for this piano. However after having purchased, got delivered and built the piano when applying for the warranty through Yamaha it was only 2 years. I had taken a picture of the advertisement and when I highlighted the difference to their team they said it was an error and the only means of rectifying would be a refund. This was a disappointing response for me (having already gone through the time and effort of organising this piano I wasn’t keen to go through the process again for an error on their side).

Very helpful experience
Very easy to use website to order, with fast and efficient delivery. Went the extra mile in hand delivering the correct power lead after Fender had supplied the wrong one (an American power lead had been included in the box). A top class service.
