I ordered 3 items of uniform online for…

I ordered 3 items of uniform online for my son. The top came embroidered with another child’s initials. I phoned the shop to state what had happened & was told I had to return this top before another could be sent. I was very disappointed that I am forced to rectify their error. I believe that they should have sent out the correct item with a self addressed envelope for me to return the incorrect one.
