Totally dodgy operators. We called them out for a dead rat removal, which turned out to cost us hundreds of dollars more than quoted because they said everything was extra once they got here. Then they dumped the rat in our domestic bin, not even properly bagged! TERRIBLE. And radio silence when we tried to follow up. Avoid these dodgy scammers

Complete waste of money! I booked a German cockroach treatment 2 weeks in advance to the appointment date and confirmed with this company the day before that they were still coming, to which they confirmed they were . Morning of the appointment , the man was over 2.5 hours late with no contact. I tried emailing, calling and texting the numbers provided multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone . Then finally got through and was hung up on, to be contacted by another person who sounded half asleep and told me he was just caught up and forgot to contact me . The appointment was at 8am so I doubt he had any appointments before this! He wanted to reschedule. I told them I wanted to cancel and forget it as I had to take 4 young children and 2 dogs out of the house for 2 hours for the spray, one being a newborn, and it was too late in the day now. Then all of a sudden he could come “now” and would be here in 25 mins. I should have just cancelled. He turns up and didn’t even know what he was treating . Even after I’d given all information in the quote and email process. I showed him the issue and problem areas and he said it would only take 15 mins to spay inside and outside. Well the treatment did nothing . There was puddles of brown residue left in a few areas and still cockroaches everywhere. A week and two weeks later still no change, like no treatment was even done . Again for the first week I attempted to contact them on multiple occasions with email, phone call and text and got no response. I finally got onto them on their instant chat on their website to which I was told to call them . I wanted the spray redone with results or refunded as I’d paid $250! And once I tried to call them again no answer!! I was given multiple numbers and names to contact with no result. They also couldn’t provide me with a receipt via email when requested over and over either. Incredibly unprofessional , unreliable and with no results. WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE GUYS !!
