Trust pilot says they are US company
Trust pilot says they are US company, if true, they have zero legal authority or rights in Canada. All loans in Canada must follow Canadian laws and regulations.
This company also runs Loanrush and likely others, and are total scammers. After completely paying $518 for a $300 loan, they have harassed me for 3 months using illegal tactics, violate Canadian consumer protection laws, and hide their names and numbers like cowards. This is the type of emails you can expect
Notice the lack of details in the email,
Not addressed to anyone
No name in the body of the email,
No legal business accreditation in the body of the email which is required by lending laws in Canada
No name or employment title in the email
No details or credible evidence of debt owing.
This is what frauds and scammers do to export money.
Report them to the consumer protection agency of Canada
File a police report and give as much information as possible.
Change your bank account immediately!!
This is a final demand regarding the overdue payments, which remain unpaid. Payment must be made today, without exception. If payment is not received by the end of today, we will immediately initiate legal action to recover the amount owed, without further notice or correspondence.
This matter is now time-critical. Send proof of payment immediately once completed. Failure to act today will result in formal legal proceedings.
