Microsoft The Worst Customer Experience EVER
I have had the worst experience with Microsoft. I will never use them again.
Firstly you can NEVER speak with a human.
I've been trying to cancel my subscription as a result. You think this would be easy. You'd be WRONG.
My payment went through PayPal who tell me that I have to contact Microsoft directly and this is impossible. I keep getting their chatbot and I go round in circles. They MS think that having an image of a person will help. Nothing can be further form the truth! THANK YOU MICROSOFT I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SOFTWARE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO SO. In fact, I will use every opportunity to tell everyone friends and strangers alike what a dreadful organisation they are. Starting with Trustpilot.

It is extremely disappointing to see a large company like Microsoft supporting wars in one way or another. As consumers, we hope that giant companies will be more conscious of their commitment to social responsibility rather than providing support for any conflict that deepens human suffering. Microsoft must stop getting involved in these negative issues and instead focus on promoting global peace and development.
