Microsoft Misery.

I am currently experiencing difficulties routinely accessing internet facilities since Microsoft updated my laptop details and Microsoft support does not exist.

Nearly a month later I am waiting for a…

Nearly a month later I am waiting for a resolution concerning my service and repair under warranty. I sent off a mint condition XBOX ONE X as it was powering down under normal operation. In return I received a broken XBOX ONE X in a flimsy box with minimal packaging. Many promises to resolve this are made but none are kept. I haven't had any such issues with my Sony PS4.

we are trying to reset supervisor password on acer aspire ES1-533 using windows 10 we been told go to start up menu and use all programs,then Empowering technology but we never found all programs link so useless why do you remove these links bloody ridiculous.

Awfu!l can't even sign into my account…

Awfu!l can't even sign into my account for awhile now because I've changed my phone.Aithenticater app asks you to sign in. I can't sign in, as it asks for an 8 digit number and they send me a 7 digit one. I've Changed my password put in everything correct same problem. Had this before can't even reply to there support team as says not delivered. They've sent me an email saying unrecognised activity maybe malicious hacker.Or something along those lines but I can't reply even though it gives you the option It's all pretty laughable really! I hate computers because Microsoft is poor! Always has been, which is why Windows is bad and no one wants to buy a phone with Windows. They can't even decide whether a laptop/computer should have Windows or android/apple layout.I could do a better job I'm sure if it. Make it a pleasurable experience for once and not a big headache. Signing off 30yrs of churning out same rubbish!

Wrong password cannot get code been trying to rectify this but customer care fill out form 10
called help lines are a waste of time
I use this account on one machine buy cant get a new password to up[date both
One adviser Advised me to get my computer looked at at a cost of £40 pounds.

returned flight simulator

having just purchased the new microsoft flight simulator i was surprised that i had to sign in.not having a microsoft account i attempted to create one.what a joke.to prove i wasnt a robot i had a timed test of picking a mouse that couldnt get to a lump of cheese in a maze.you have to get all 10 right quickly or it starts again.i never completed this after about 12 attempts so i returned the flight sim for a refund.i have now found and bought x plane 11 which is really good.

Useless and ignorant support. Better hope you never have a problem!

I raised a support call 2 days ago for what should have been a fairly simple issue. Today I was advised the call was closed and asked to complete a satisfaction survey!! Naturally I gave them negative feedback. How stupid and ignorant are they? Appallingly bad service. This is why I use Linux 90% of the time! Windoze sucks!!

Microsoft company is a big company which make the useful programes like word , excel , access and another so in my opinion this company is very nice company and helpful so we should be thankful this company for their efforts .

TERRIBLE SUPPORT

How is it a multi-billion pound company cant have a live chat feature to be able to speak to someone and instead need to e-mail them and wait WEEKS for a reply , I'm locked out of my email and the stupid recovery form does not work

I have been using Microsoft software…

I have been using Microsoft software since 5 years and these softwares helps me a lot in too mani kinds. For my educational operations, business presentation, online study platform and much more. This is a perfect company who makes our life easy and comfortable. It provides us the software which create or makes our life tasks in a systematic and organized manner which creates easy understanding between users. It has a goood user interface .

They are MEAN!

I had a normal Xbox controller. Then it stopped working. Thumbstick carried on after I stopped them and half the buttons don't work. I contacted Microsoft. They said "We can't help you, It's out of warranty". This is an Xbox series S controller so it like a year old. They refused to help me and I feel Bullied by their corporation.

Windows 10 - Saving Grace

Microsoft continues it's trend of Garbage - Good - Garbage - Good when it comes to OS's. After the failure that was Windows Vista, 7 was a nice touch, then 8 was garbage again, and 10 is their saving grace.

these LGBT lovers think they have the right to turn my PC on remotely and run their crappy UPDATES during the NIGHT! And leave my pc on the whole night!!!! I hope microsoft goes bankrupt, CIA prostitutes.
