Don't get me wrong. If you want free stuff, it's great. However it's extremely tedious and slow, just the way Microsoft intended it to be. You used to be able to hit your daily cap in under 10 minutes... See more

IVE BEEN DOING MICROSOFT REWARDS FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS AND NEVER A PROBLEM UNTIL LAST YEAR. THEY TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW ALTHOUGH I CAN STILL ACCUMULATE POINTS BUT CANT RE... See more
This service has gotten worse over time. I've used it for years and over time they've slowly decreased how many points you get while still keeping the redeem costs the same. Additionally, as of today... See more
They're removing ways to earn points/rewards. Rather than simply taking it away though, they're painfully dragging it out. It's pathetic. I'd prefer the system entirely removed vs the slow and yet ser... See more
I accumulated 10,500 points and then they restricted my account rewards
I accumulated 10,500 points, went to redeem and all of a sudden, they say I'm a world class hacker and my account is restricted. I'm actually a retiree and can barely use my PC. My question is why they didn't tell me I was violating their rules when I had 100 points, not wait until a month later and when I have 10,500 points. BTW, i didn't use scripts or automated search routines of which i wouldn't know how to operate if i had them. But I did search and earn every day. I guess that's what's against their rules!
rubish
It's been more than a year that I am collecting the points to earn and redeem them, when I have collected more than 9k points the Microsoft webpage says there is issue with their portal and I have to contact the customer service, I sent them massage more than 2 months a go without any response then again sent another three massages and emails but without any response.
If more problems than rewardings...good bye!
I will stop using it due to the constant problems with the points. The service is abysmal. Numerous penalties appear to be excuses for not giving the corresponding rewards. And on top of the facts, you are receiving crumbs from all the pretty pennies they make. My days with Microsoft are reaching the end. Paying the users is the only way they will use their products, but the reward is micro-sized.
Customer service is poor
I asked a question about what I can redeem my bing points on. They got back to me but without an answer. Said I had to provide a screenshot of an error (which there was no error) and provide personal information when I wasn't even asking about my account specifically. I wrote back that there was no error screenshot to send. They did not reply. I wrote back a few days later to please not cancel my support request and they just never responded. Completely ignored me. Poor customer service. In this day and age with so many scams they should not be requiring personal information just for me to ask a basic question that has nothing to do with my personal account.
I won a prize for £10 on a draw
I won a prize for £10 on a draw. They will not pay out. The reward is listed in my list of redeemed points but they are asking for screenshots and claiming my number does not exist. Microsoft cannot find my Microsoft prize on the Microsoft website for a prize won by Microsoft.
Edit: Eventually I get the email that was supposed to take 48 hours after almost two weeks. You have around 4 times where you have to get codes sent to and from your email and phone before you can get the voucher. So now I have a $10 voucher. That's right not 10 UK pounds, like I won. So it is almost half the value plus awkward to even use it.
Microsoft Rewards abuses its users
This program will flag your account with "unusual activity" for everyday things like doing a few searches on definitions of words or pressing the back button on a web search page. I was personally flagged for tapping on their "suggested searches" in the Bing app. Whatever the reason, once the AI flags you it relentlessly limits your account and starts considering more and more things as "unusual activity." It is at the point for me where I am forced to use a different browser entirely to do regular searching with only occasional uses of Bing to get points, which is the complete opposite of what they say they want. I don't have a choice because otherwise I get flagged by their awful AI. My daily check in and puzzle pieces were taken away as punishment for these perceived infractions and they've been gone for over six months. Tech support is completely unhelpful. They accuse you of botting without any proof to back that claim up and give you the run around. And if you continue to press the issue, they either ignore you or ban you from submitting tickets. In fact, the only reason I am leaving this complaint here is because they provide absolutely no recourse for you to address a grievance through them. The program is simply not worth the effort to go through that much bending over backwards and frankly it feels like abuse or cyber bullying from Microsoft.
A scam that preys on people
I was told that I have $90 in Microsoft rewards. I opted to have $20 of them applied to an Amazon gift card. A day later I got an email from Microsoft rewards stating the rewards had been applied to the card. After two days the award still wasn't on my gift card. I sent Micro soft two messages asking the why the rewards hadn't been put on my card. I never got a response. Microsoft rewards is a scam!! It preys on people by telling them they have all of these awards available. When in fact it's a big lie!!!
The Xbox App reward points delivery…
The Xbox App reward points delivery fails all the time.
However, even though the process is horribly slow, I managed to get enough points to cash in a gift card.
I like the concept of earning points to…
I like the concept of earning points to exchange to tangible items or free credit. I really despise that it encourages gambling, especially with people who have never gambled before.

I worked very hard to get my 400 robux. It took me weeks. Then I had trouble redeeming. I tried phone numbers but for some reason that didn't work. I finally got it to work, but my order never came. AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT FOR THINGS I DIDN'T DO. I just wanted my 400 robux. You promised in the youtube ads..
I've been a Microsoft user/customer for…
I've been a Microsoft user/customer for decades, but no more. They entice you to use their products & lousy search engine by giving points for searches, etc. In recent weeks many customers have experienced what I have, the account is "suspended" and not able to redeem points. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! Bye bye Mr, Gates, I'm going back to gmail and Google. Nice way to treat your customers.
How can this company improve?

Big waste of time, and I'm finished!
I usually get my measly $5 gift card after about a month of completing the tasks every morning, but this morning, I noticed they temporarily suspended my search points! They also never give my streak bonus points. I'm finished wasting my time. Good riddance!
Really bad
Really bad. Designed so that you simply cannot cash-out. No matter how much time you spend trying, they simply keep your cash. You cannot redeem and, if you can, all I can say is that they make is so incredibly complicated and full of 'glitches' that you either need to be a total expert in tech, or you need to have the patience of a saint, or both.
Horrible absolutely horrid
They took of Roblox right by when I was going to redeem my 200 robux horrible website absolutely do not recommend I hate this website more than anything if your not going to give robux just don’t even exist honestly horrid this is an absolute disgrace I am outraged to say the least

Never had problems, just a bit hard to get points. Redeemed 5€ Microsoft Store coupon and free 3 months Spotify Premium Trial.
