AVOID!! one of the worst company I have purchased anything from

I have been promised by customer service that I will definitely receive my SAMSUNG Monitor on 16th of Nov 2020. So far -

- Original date of delivery was 3rd of Nov 2020. (1)
- Delivery date moved to 9th of Nov 2020. (2)
- Than moved to 16th of Nov 2020. (3)
- Now again move to 23rd of Nov 2020. (4)

You must be kidding me... What kind of business you running????

Do not blame COVID, as you do not hold the product that you sold to me. One of the worst company.

Avoid at all cost

I bought a Segway Ninebot that did not work. Received it back after 2 weeks still unrepaired. For 6 months, no comms, no replacement, no refund. Finally refund agreed, but still waiting for the cash. USELESS. Use Digitec instead: more offices and better service.

In reply to Microspot’s reply to my former review: The game I received was in Italian, whereas the website said German, hence the issue. This was clearly a mistake on your side and it is very unfriendly to put this on your customer.

waiting for weeks for some recognition of my complaint. I shouldn’t have to defend myself for a mistake on their side..

Irresponsible customer service

I ordered a roller trainer from this website in the end of September. When I ordered it the expected delivery date was early October. On the expected delivery date, they notify me it will be delayed for 20 days so I waited until 20th Oct. But again on Oct 22, they send me an email that they cannot know when they can deliver it and I can cancel it if I want. But as a rollentrainer is so popular lately I couldn't find other options that I can order anymore, I could have other options in September when I ordered it. I contacted them last week and this week, they told me they have to contact the seller and I still didn't hear back from them, and they still have the same product with estimated delivery date on 02 Dec. I don't think they will deliver it on time. I can understand the delay part, but I'm really upset and surprised how they handle the situation. It's one of the most horrible customer service I've experienced.

There are better options...

The website has a very old design... not user friendly, no option for English.
I was not informed that all three items I purchased were from third parties, meaning they were all shipped separately.
Lead times were inaccurate, products that should have already delivered have still not been shipped.
Will continue to order from Galaxus in the future.

Returning unused item at microspot can get very expensive

Ordered a rice cooker, it was too big so I returned it back in original packing, well sealed and unused and got back 33.95 out of 43.95 CHF. Taking away 1/4 from the original price for just returning an item is outrageous. This was a last order on microspot.

Go-to store no longer

For many years Microspot was my go-to place for buying any electronics in Switzerland. However, after they were purchased by Coop the service, quality and prices have slowly gone downhill to a point where I am hesitant to recommend them.

Never again

Have bought a lot of stuff from these guys, but never again. Bought an item said to ship next day then after purchase it said "probable", then nothing until they delayed for 2 more weeks. Attempted to contact customer service the day after I put in order and has now been over two weeks with no reply. Orders have been coming late more and more but this is the last straw.
*Update* So it seems microspot.ch wanted " more information",but I didn't get to that memo in time. Wouldn't have mattered if I had being all it would have taken was them.noticong they hadn't responded to any customer service request in over two weeks....at that time. However, I still have no heard back from customer service as I originally mentioned. Has been well over a month now. I even,over a month ago, requested they delete my account on there....still waiting to hear back on that*

No After Sale Services at all

I used to trust this ecom platform and bought significant items: TV, PS4, etc.
However, I had to contact the ASS for the first time concerning an issue with a vaccum. I got no reply after 15 days... it is not bearable !

3 products ordered, 1 broken, 2 never arrived.

Made an order of 3 products in July, they all said they were in stock which is why I ordered them.

Only 1 of the articles got delivered, this was faulty and does not work. The other 2 never got delivered, I received an email saying it will be delayed but no further information.

They refuse to answer to emails or pick up the phone,
so I am left out of pocket with 2 missing products and one that doesn't function...

Order number: 0723068925 I would be grateful for a reply seeing as a negative trustpilot review seems to be the easiest way to contact this company?!

False Advertising

Articles are listed as "in stock" with a delivery date within one week. But it's a lie.

There is no stock, and no plan for when you'll get the goods you paid for. And they don't respond to emails.

I ordered a 700 chf item due to be delivered two days ago. But they haven't contacted me with shipping information or notification of a delay, or responded to any of my emails.

Ease of use

Ease of use, kind of offers we get, the delivery time reduced to 6-7 hours, what else a user will want. Just keep it up Microspot team. Way to go. Apologies for writing in English as my German skills are still growing..next review will be in German. :)

Poor Customer Service

Ordered value 50 Chf

I called to cancel next morning. I was assured the order is cancelled. Even got an email.

Order was only partially cancelled and was charged 8.90 chf as shipping tax.

Now support won’t answer emails.

Feels no less than a scam website!!

No delivery!

I ordered an watch, because mine was broken and I choose microspot based on the rapid delivery. At the day of delivery I got an email, that it will be delayed for a week. Now after several emial and trys for phone calls (I never came through), it is 2 month later and I still did not receive my delivery...

No response from customer service

I purchased an item for CHF650 and got an order confirmation. It's an item I need for my work. I ordered it 7 days ago and assumed I would get it quite quickly. I called customer service 10 times over the past 3 days and never get through, I emailed support 5 days ago and also 3 days ago and no reply. I don't understand the point of having a customer service number if they don't want to speak to customers and not much point in having a support email if you don't want to reply. All I want to know is approximately when the item will arrive so I can either cancel the order or wait for it. Very strange way to run an online business.

Got unpacked goods, initial refund wasn't 100%

I cannot recommend microspot.ch.

tl;dr: Got unboxed goods, returned them back, refund was 50 CHF less than the price I've paid, got the remaining 50 CHF back after posting this review.

I've ordered smart watches (Fossil Carlyle) and they have arrived already unpacked. Of course, I was paying for the new watches, so I've send a request to microspot to help me with resolving this issue. I never got an answer, so I've sent the watches back as an unused return - I didn't even try to switch them on, and sent them back in the state I have received them i.e. unboxed.

I got the refund back in about 10 days, but it was 50 CHF less - I've paid 258 CHF, got back 206.40 CHF.

So I've first got an already unpacked item, and then got stripped 20% from the refund after returning it. Hopefully it's just some sort of a mistake, but it's still quite an unpleasant experience.

Update: Got the remaining 50 CHF back 3 days after posting this review.
