Exactly what I need to get a midfoot position using my existing shoes. Much more comfortable than the conventional position and much easier to stand on the pedals and mash when going up hill. Delivered very promptly.

Very good product. It has met my expectations. Cleat positioning is not an issue anymore.

Best solution I've found for moving the cleats (Speedplay) further back. The Mid-Foot solution is well engineered and adds very little to the stack height whilst feeling solid.

Great service and would definitely buy again for any new additional shoes.

4 Star because the solution with postage is a little pricey - but otherwise highly recommended.

Hassle cutting and finding the right screw for the cleat and putting it together. When on it feels fishy

Excellent product that has stopped my foot pain.

I already had a pair of mid foot cleats for one bike with Speedplay pedals and these have been fantastic.
This purchase was for SPD pedals and support from Niels was excellent.
Unfortunately, the cleats aren't adjustable and are actually too far back, plus I had a problem unclipping which I wasn't able to resolve. So, I plan to extend the hole in the plate for the cleat attachment so that I can bring the cleat forward part way.
I was always aware that this was going to be trickier to get right than the Speedplay adaptor. I have no concerns over the build quality.

Great product. I don’t get numb feet anymore. However the top part of the plate needs to be chamfered off or something as part of the design. As currently the plate gets caught in the pedal instead of the cleats when trying to clip in.

Previously purchased a set. So expressed brought another set.

Easy to install, do what they are designed to do.
Moving the cleats to mid foot immediately released pressure off of the toes and forefoot. Also, I felt direct transfer of power to the cranks.

Overall, not satisfied. Never did use the pedals. They did not clup in on the shoes I had. They tried to help me but nothing worked. It took so long for the pedals to arrive and I had to sign at the post office didn't want the hassle of a return....be careful of these pedals unless you can try them first.

I am amazed to find this super invention.I always thought that my hot foot will force me to stop cycling sooner than later.Thanks to mid foot I am assured now that I can ride comfortably for long time.Thank you once again.

Great product that made my cycling much more fun. Good service. Highly recommended. Especially for riders with big feet.

This is my 4th time i’m getting this.
They worked very well. People that I had fitted these to are very happy using them.
Just that if they come with different longer length of screws to accommodate 3mm to 5mm leg length shims it will be perfect. Otherwise I have to source for my own screws every time which makes it a little hassle.

I had a toe surgery in December and decided to use the plates to have the pedaling presure more in the midfoot than in the forefoot. This worked excellent and 3 days after the surgery I could ride again continue my training plan.
