From the booking in for MOT - Ema at service reception was kind polite understanding of my needs and afterwards we discussed the option of setting up a payment plan for future servicing which she explained to me. She was efficient and made the whole experience of being at a garage pleasant and definitely going back for the service of the car

Just purchased a car for my daughter and Jane was so helpful, lovely and courteous. I was so happy with the service and the attentive that Jane provided us.

Test drove a car car there yesterday, the srvice was excellent Jane was extremely courteous and did a great job, the part ex offer was great and fair , unfortunately the car just wasn’t right for us but will definitely return again many thanks!

Have just had an MOT and Service on my Fiat 500 at Shelley Middleton garage. They came to my rescue when I realised my MOT was due to expire and pulled out the stops to get me booked in. The team could not have been more helpful and friendly. I cannot fault the service and will be returning. Thank you all.

We went to Shelly Motors to look at a car we had seen on there website as my daughter was looking for there first car and we were met by Jane a lovely lady who made us feel so at ease and comfortable with our decision, she went above and beyond to make sure we knew about the history of the car and although my daughter was a bit nervous Jane was so understanding and made her feel she was making the right decision. We brought it and my daughter is over the moon and can’t wait to start lessons and drive her new car, I throughly recommend this garage if you are looking to buy a used car they make you feel so comfortable and there’s no pushyness like some garages do! Overall it was a lovely experience and we will definitely go back there to service and MOT the car when it’s needed.

Recently purchased a previously owned car a beautiful Kuga ST for my wife from Middleton garage which has been recently taken over by new ownership. From our first interaction the staff were very friendly , professional and not pushy in anyway. We were given all the information we needed to help make the decision on whether this was the right car for us. We were offered a fair trade in price for our own car and the whole process was stress free. We can’t recommend this garage enough and would recommend them if you are looking for a quality second car. Thank you to Duncan ,Chris and all staff. We absolutely love our car.

Thank you all at Middleton Garage for the amazing service when buying a new to us car, we were offered a fair trade in price on our current vehicle. All the staff were lovely and friendly. I recently brought a Fiat 500 from Middleton garage and I couldn’t be happier, after looking at numerous cars at other garages I was pleased to see the advert matched the product. Excellent customer service from Duncan, they even took a couple of minor trolley dents out of the car. Highly recommended for your next used car.
