I took my husband to the Swindon store and Andrew Limb was very helpful and friendly. Andrew was very knowledgeable and it was so nice to have someone who wasn't pushy and trying to get you to buy everything.

Gem from the Bristol branch gave excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to buy anything and we were given as much time as we needed for Mum to try out different mobility scooters so she made sure she had the right one for what she needs.
There is even an outside road track with speed bumps on it!! Mum was whizzing around in no time at all!!
We cannot recommend this shop and particularly Gem highly enough

My Nan had gone into the store in tunstall today and was assisted by John, he was really polite and helpful and she had managed to find everything she was looking for. A great experience looking for her first scooter and we are grateful for his help.

Andrew at the Bristol branch was an absolute delight. My grandparents wouldn’t stop talking about how well he explained and demonstrated everything.
Always enjoy a welcome cup of tea and biscuits as well.

Staff at Newport shop were very helpful, allowed us to try several chairs, explained how they worked and which covers might suit our carpet. Chair ready to be delivered sooner than expected and they kindly took away the 40 year old broken chair which it replaced.

Bought a dual motor recliner chair for my elderly mum from the Cardiff store . Kim was so caring and patient with my mum ( who is in a wheelchair and partially sighted). Her customer service was fantastic and she’s an asset to the company

Took my Aunt to look at a mobility scooter in the Brierley hill shop.
Ryan was knowledgeable about the scooters and exceptionally patient with my Aunt.
Went out of his way to help and explain but at no time did he push us to buy.. which is probably the reason we did buy.
We are picking the scooter up just 1 week later.. Fantastic service

I visited Middletons in Cardiff and spoke with Kim.I had previously purchased a Drive Discovery Plus with them but needed to update.She was very informative and helpful and I purchased an update scooter that folds and fits into the boot of my car.Thank you Kim.

My wife cannot get comfortable in our current armchair due to injuries from a road accident. We decided to try a mobility chair and after much research and two visits we have ordered from Middletons, Burton-on-Trent. Lynda and Rhoda helped us on both visits and were informative and patient with us testing the various chairs. Their help and the quality of the chairs made Middletons our choice. Thank you both.

After a difficult time returning a scooter, not the fault of Middletons, that was not suitable they were totally understanding and gave a no quibble refund. Would definitely recommend this company

Richard was extremely helpful without being fussy. He gave professional advice without pushing a product.

We did a Reccy for my Dad at the Cannock store looking for a mobilty scooter and met Paul And Richard who were very imformative and personable in instantly made you feel at ease. I returned the next Day with my 85year old Dad and Richard quickly established a rapport, never pushing or rushing nothing was to much trouble and even when Dad had decided on his new wheels he ensured Dad was happy with his decision several times before proceeding. Could not recommend these guys or the store more . Thankyou for making Dads day.

David Taylor, the Rep who came to help my 80 year old Mother decide on which mobility scooter would suit her. Was very patient, kind, respectful and answered all our questions with a truly helpful and professional manner. If you are lucky enough to deal with David you will have a very warm and professional experience.

Went to order my mobility Scooter with my Husband, Richard at the Brierley Hill unit.looked after us. He made sure that the scooter would be able to fit into my boot hoist. The order was put through very quickly. Before the meeting with Richard I had spoken to ERNIE , from Bristol/ Devon area, several times on the telephone whilst looking around at several different scooters locally( just to see if they were ok for my needs.) Ernie was patient as I accrued the amount needed to pay for my scooter. THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR SERVICE.

We found the staff at the Malpas store very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were honest about when we could expect to receive our chairs and there was no hard sell.

Visited the Reading store, Clare was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of time and information even opening up a new scooter to try that wasn’t in display. Will definitely be purchasing one in the near future thanks to such good customer service. Thanks again!
