not a great experience if I'm being…

not a great experience if I'm being honest pick up was ok when dropping back was a bit disorganised and staff not very clued up when I was checking about driving in London he was convinced that ulez would be payable on a brand new van that's impossible.the worse part is that unknown to me I picked up a parking ticket no notice from them they just bill you there admin charge of £30 and then 2 months after I get the ticket from the parking company.Thats really bad customer service
