Unsatisfactory workmanship

Karl seemed like a personable guy. He estimated six hours to restore my Bath but took four hours. It wasn’t a small amount of money for his work. £475.00. He was very keen for immediate payment. I can now see why! After reviewing his work, I could see that there were some imperfections and the work was substandard. I asked him to come back and rectify the imperfections. We are a few months on without any attempt to do so. He won’t communicate with me after asking him to rectify his work.
