Excellent service from this man and he's really informative about what he was doing. He doesn't give up until it's fixed. Rates were really reasonable and I will definitely be using him again. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. It's a breath of fresh air to have a workman who is honest as there's so many cowboys ready to rip me off. He even had to fix poor work done by a previous engineer. I was particularly impressed by the fact he left me with a printed emissions report.

Midland Gas Ltd provided an excellent service at my domestic property. From communication, customer service, explanation and demonstrating general upkeep to water tank; I was extremely pleased at how courteous staff was. Document compliance was also well explained and duly completed. I was glad to have a thorough understanding of implications of incomplete paperwork. Invoicing and Payment is in line with everyday technology which meant instant receipt of certificates was available. I highly recommend Midland Gas Ltd to business and domestic individuals - they are an extremely good value and genuine business.

The Engineer rang before his visit but unfortunately I was delayed however the engineer was very understanding. He carried out a thorough service and we had received all the paperwork via email within the hour.

My boiler broke down middle of the night .I called MIdland gas for an emergency call .The engineer arrived within 1hour .Really reassuring and thorough .Fixed my boiler and confirmed it was safe for my children to go to bed .excellent Service ,professional and friendly .

Boiler stopped working and Ricky found out it was to do with the gas valve. He ordered the part and sorted the issue fast and efficient. Polite and very professional at what he does. If any problems will definately be giving a bell.

Boiler service and leaky radiator valve.
Ricky was very responsive and and informative about the job and didn't mind corresponding via email because of me being at work. I sent him a few photo's of the boiler and of a leaky radiator valve that needed replacing and he knew straight away what was required and responded by sending me copies of his training certificates to show he was familiar with my make of boiler. Due to working Monday to Friday I was only available to have the work done on a weekend. This was no problem for Ricky and he managed to fit me in the following Saturday morning in the time slot he had said. The job went very smoothly and Ricky was very tidy making sure any mess was taken care of before leaving.
Pricing was plain and simple and what he quoted was what I paid.
I have no problem with booking Midland Gas to service the boiler again next year.

Ricki was very friendly
Ricki was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He carried out all necessary checks to diagnose the fault in the boiler and fixed it. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family. He was very reasonable and fair on the price.
