The one star is only because the gentleman on the phone was very polite when telling me they would not be picking my car up even though it was booked in for nearly a week, i had even rang the day before to check they were coming and was told yes.
That was bad enough but the collection was booked in for the morning up to 1pm i was called to say they would not be collecting at 1.15. Great notice guys, thanks for wasting my morning.
The only reason apparently is that it should not have been booked in as Coventry is too far.
They actually advertise they collect from Coventry, only if they can be bothered it appears.
This company knew my car was at a garage so could incur storge fees but messed me about for a week anyway.
I will never try to use anagin.

Perfect! My experience was seamless. Called up late Friday afternoon, provided the details of my scrap car, a price was offered, I accepted and car was collected the next day at the scheduled time. Driver kept in contact and let me know when he was on his way. Smooth transaction on his arrival and swift payment. I am confident the company will dispose of my Jalopy in the correct manner. Goodbye old Corsa. Top job you guys!!

This Company messed me about for 2 days with pathetic excuses for not collecting my car… Why bother giving me a quote ??? Don’t waste your time with them…

Very easy to do, driver called me in advance to say on his way. Paid in my bank there and then. Chris the driver friendly informative and helpful.
