Paul was great - responded really quickly with a great deal and made the whole process painless and timely. In the past it’s taken hours to sort a mortgage but this was a breeze so would definitely recommend him for service, efficiency and a better deal than I could find!

As first time buyers we didn't have a clue where to start with buying a house. I'm so happy and grateful that we found Midlands Mortgages and decided to use their services. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, has given us really excellent advice and supported us through the whole process. He is a really friendly guy and we felt at ease going through this house buying process with him from the first phone call! He has managed to get us an excellent mortgage deal despite us being a situation where potential lenders had turned us down. Paul replies quickly and professionally to emails, is always at the end of the phone when we had any questions and has popped round to discuss more lengthy topics.
