Warning, Warning, Warning!
Please be careful when using this company, you will get tied into large quantities of usage per quarter, which will result in large exit payments at the end of your contract. My experience was that we ran down our contract after buying the business, to the end of the minimum period of 5 yrs, then we went onto a one year rolling contract. We then provided our 90 days termination email, as per the contract and then they provided us with the invoice for £3300, stating that the termination figure at the end of the contract is all worked out on our agreed quarterly usage, as per Para 7. When the contract was taken out by the previous owner, the salesman would not allow her to put in a smaller figure than 10,000 mono sheets, 5000 colour sheets per quarter, this resulted in large exit fees. This invoice was discounted by 50%, if we paid the invoice within 3 working days. No recommend at all.
