The GLOW with no LED
Not very pleased. I opted for the GLOW umbrella with LED. I only received a small device with no instructions and it did not work after recharging.

Beautiful 10 Foot Umbrella
Beautiful large 10 foot umbrella . Bought a 6 foot one last summer for the table. Held up beautifully no fading. So added another 10 foot for the conversation area. Delivery was quick with no issues.

Clarity - what a concept.
Everything is explained fully. How the umbrellas work, every aspect of them. One thing I would say is make the colors that are not available a little more boldly, other than that, keep up the great work

When calling the phone number
When calling the phone number, the #2 option (ordering) doesn't work. Tried several times and it disconnects the call. Eventually, I tried the #1 option and it was picked up. From then on, the customer service was excellent!
