We supply our live mussels which inspected by relevant departments from rope grown mussels farms in an island of Great Britain called Shetland.

I have never seen such a disgraceful service in my life. Zero communication and professionalism.
My guest was going to come, I ordered from their site. It has been 2 weeks and it hasn't arrived.. 3-4 days after the order, I sent an e-mail from their site, I waited for one day, no answer. Another email. Another day, still no answer. Another email, still no reply. I called the given phone at least ten times over 3 days. Always voicemail. it's been 10 days. Finally, I got the chance. It was said that there was a problem on our site, the orders did not come. I said fine, look, please send the order on Thursday. My guest will come again. Nothing was sent on Thursday. I called them and he said the courier did not come. No such poor quality service. I have waited 2 weeks in total for my order. I wonder if he could make a customer wait for 4 hours in his shop too? I mean, just because we didn't come to the shop, would it be ok to be treated like this? Customer service is zero. If you are going to order online, avoid them.

Your payment was refunded to your payment method on Thursday and refund process information email was also sent to your email address. Have the amount of money back on your account usually takes between 1-5 business days.
