Easy to order, good tracking information and timely

My purchase arrived promptly.

Contact lenses prices are very competitive. Its easy to pause your subscription and then resume when you're ready. Write them a little note if anything needs to change, they feel like friends!

This item is very expensive in the US, but my eye specialist told me to look online. I was very happy to find it easily, and it arrived in a very short time.

Their customer service was excellent. My surgeon had said that my delivery would be received within 1 to 3 days, which I was counting on since I was leaving for vacation. However it took 9 days to reach me, despite my paying for expedited shipping. However, when I explained this to the customer service person they refunded my shipping fees. Obviously this is more affordable for those of us who live in the United States. I was impressed with both the product and the company and appreciate their willingness to help their customers.

This company is EXCELLENT all around, from ordering through delivery! I could not afford my prescription in the United States, and my ophthalmologist recommended MIEYES to purchase Evotears for severe dry eye. I could not be more satisfied starting with the price which was incredible. In addition, the delivery process was monitored all the way through and I was updated every day. I could not have expected more from this company and I plan to be a customer for a long time.

I genuinely don't know why I've given this firm so many orders thinking the painful delivery was a one off. Never again
