WARNING DO NOT BUY THEIR PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCTS!!!! I was foolish enough to buy earbuds from this company 8/20/22 and two months later the earbuds do not work. Apparently website "chat" is the only way of contact and you get the "Wait time is longer than usual" reply. My message(10/21/22) went unanswered for 3 days and then I got a how to reset reply in the early hours of the day, when my problem is beyond a reset which was the message sent to them, I guess I should have sat at the computer for 3 days waiting for someone!! I sent another message today and it's been 5 hours and still counting at this point. DO NOT BUY!!! The product and customer service are CRAP. Save your money THIS COMPANY IS A NEGATIVE 6 ZERO!!!

Well, unfortunately I didn't read all reviews, but that's on me. The earbuds came in the mail, although the shipping took forever.
When I opened the package I noticed the charging cord was missing as well as the other ear pieces for fitment. I reached out as soon as I opened the box, however no response at all. Based on other responses, I probably won't get a response. I'm not sending back because I'm reading reviews where full deposit wasn't given.
Horrible experience and I'll never order from them again. I will also make sure anyone else knows by posting everywhere I can.
After returning the product
After returning the product, the company deposited a partial refund into my account. After asking why I only received a partial refund, the deposit was removed. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with my Warranty!!!! Do not waste your money on this. My headphones broke, within the time frame of this warranty purchase. I contacted the company, and went back and forth for AGES trying to problem shoot, which I had already tried to do.
Finally they said I had to ship them back my head phones (AT MY OWN EXPENSE) for them to asses.
My headphones are now lost, with no replacement.
The company has been horrific to deal with, I will not shop with them again. I purchased a warranty, my item broke within the time frame. I SHOULD GET MY REPLACEMENT.

This website is a scam, they won't send anything and give you every excuse as to why it hasn't been sent. Their dispatch team must really need some upskilling, they keep messaging them for an update but I never hear anything. One would suggest this is a scam!

First, their earbuds fall out and break easily. Second, worst customer service ever. It’s basically like talking to a robot. They don’t care at all about their customers. They don’t even have a number to reach them at. It’s all done over their online chat, which is horrible. Avoid avoid avoid!

Informed them and sent the wrong ones back again. Told them to refund my money and now no one will get back to me. Going to have to go in on Monday and contest the charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I paid for the extra warranty, and when my headphones broke they told me to send back ALL pieces that came with the original purchase.
They intend to recycle broken headphones and re-sell them to unsuspecting customers.

This is the worst place to shop! Don't pay for express shipping, it doesn't happen. $23.50 for 2 day shipping, then tracking tells you it's 8 days away. Customer service is excruciating to deal with, no joke. It's like trying to get a straight answer from a politician!!

Flat out refuses to give me a shipping label so I can return the headphones for my money back I've sent them 25 emails at least then they send me something returnly that I can't even log into this is the worst pair of headphones I've ever had do not buy them thinking you can return them for your money back because you cannot.

I ordered a set of earbuds that are shown on their website as having "transparency mode". It turns out that the more expensive touch version that I ordered does not actually support that, as I discovered and they acknowledged after I received them. They agreed to refund my money less a return shipping label charge of just under $5, but once they received the earbuds they changed their mind and charged a 20% restocking fee. Their website still shows the model that I ordered as having transparency mode. Now I have to dispute the remaining charge with my credit card company. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with an e-commerce company, requiring a dozen contacts and hours of wasted time just to get to this point.
Long wait but nice earbuds
(Updated review) was very sceptical - Bought earbuds direct from Australian site with ‘guaranteed’ 3-5 day delivery time and also paid for extended warranty following issues with Jaybird earbuds beforehand. Received tracking number and all appeared to be progressing but my delivery stalled and I saw no movement for over 3 weeks. Emails mostly received what felt like automated responses. However they DID finally arrive and are pretty nice - the case in particular is really nice aluminium, although the hinge is flimsy. Earbuds are solid, metal and work fine. Battery lasts ages, as advertised. They do ping out a little easily but are very easy to wear. Only used for a week so can’t yet comment on longevity, but so far I’m pleasantly surprised based on the price.
Avoid doing business at all cost…
Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I made a mistake when completi g my transaction and I used the wrong PayPal account. I contacted them immediately and tried to cancel the order. They delayed responding to my email for a whole day before they finally asked questions about the purchase. I responded immediately answering their questions and the delayed another day before responding again stating that the ear buds already shipped.
I’m so disappointed with their lack of customer service, it doesn’t matter now if the product is good or not when it finally arrives.
I will not purchase from Mifo again.

Order was lost, never received it, no customer service phone number to be found anywhere, customer service emails are automated, 120 dollars down the toilet on Chinese trash. HORRIBLE company. Don’t waste your time or money.

I did receive the earbuds that I paid $89 for; however, the sound quality is subpar - especially when using on Zoom. Its sound was actually PAINFUL to my ears because it was so shrill.
If I return them, they have offered to replace them, but I really can't tell whether there is something wrong with them or whether they are just not well constructed.
Also, based on the other reviews here, I have no way of knowing whether, if I return them, they will actually replace them.
Wish I had those $89 to buy a pair of Jabra Elite 75t...

This company is utter trash. I ordered a set of their eartips as they were supposed to fit my Jabra earbuds. I quickly received a confirmation email with tracking saying it had shipped via DHL. Then weeks went by and I noticed the package never moved. I finally emailed customer support and they sent me a canned response saying it was on it's way with the tracking number. I emailed again and they said there was a delay. After another week or more I emailed again saying it was obviously lost and would they please refund or ship me another package. No response. Then I emailed again asking for a refund. No response. I ended up calling me credit card company and filing a fraud claim. Recently I actually copied the tracking number and pasted it into DHL's website tracking and it came back unknown. So they basically sent me a fake tracking number. Stay away from these crooks.
