I moved to Mighty Networks from Circle, initially impressed by the platform’s promising feature set. It looked like a powerful tool for community building. However, everything fell apart the moment I needed to change jurisdictions and update my Stripe account from the UK to the US.
Following Mighty’s own guidance, my entire paying member base had their memberships cancelled. They were unable to subscribe to the new plan, and worst of all, they lost all of their private messages and access to the platform — permanently. This kind of disruption is not just a technical glitch, it is a massive breach of trust and continuity.
The support experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. Response times stretched beyond 24 hours, and despite the seriousness of the issue, Mighty refused to get on a call. I was left stranded, with broken memberships and no clear path to resolution.
For reference, I am the CTO of a large company, with over 40 years of technical experience and 20 years building online communities. I am not new to platforms, payments, or support processes, and this was handled shockingly poorly.
This level of support might be excusable on a free platform, but not when you are paying a monthly fee and giving up a percentage of every membership transaction. They are profiting, but clearly not reinvesting in the kind of support infrastructure their customers deserve.
If you value your community, your business, and your sanity, avoid Mighty at all costs. You will regret it the moment anything goes wrong.

There support team is non-existant. I was offered a HUGE opportunity by TikTok, but Might Networks dropped the ball on sending me registration links to the event I was supposed to attend.
I filled out the support forms Mighty Networks wanted me to fill out. I contacted support, help, chat and info email addresses, I sought help using the help chat feature on their website. However, I haven't heard a single thing back from Mighty Networks in 4 days now, when they're support ticket responses say they'll get back to us in less than 2 days.
Highly discouraged at this point. I have submitted complaints to TikTok.

I built my transformational training and community platform on Mighty Networks—and it was one of the most frustrating decisions I’ve made. If you’re serious about delivering deep, structured, or sacred experiences: this platform will slow you down, confuse your users, and waste your time.
The Real Problems:
1. Custom Domain Setup = Broken and Misleading
They give you incorrect DNS info and vague instructions. You’ll waste hours trying to fix it, only to realize: they’ve never actually set up a real community using their own platform. You’re on your own.
2. Payment Gateway = A Black Box
You’re asked to connect Stripe—but once you do, you can’t see anything. No access to payout info, no transaction records, no confirmation emails—just a screen that says “Connected.” It’s your revenue, but you’re locked out of it.
3. Course Templates = A Basic Blog Disguised as a Curriculum
Forget modules or structured flow. What they call “courses” is just one long page with content blocks. There’s no clear navigation, no learning journey, and no visual structure for depth. It’s a blog post pretending to be a learning platform.
4. User Experience = Disorienting and Disconnected
Everything’s mashed together—posts, chats, events, courses—with no clear hierarchy. Users get lost. You get lost. There’s no way to guide people into intentional spaces. It kills focus and presence.
5. Community Tools = Shallow and Static
You can post and comment, but that’s it. No breakout circles, no real-time rituals, no tools for intimacy or depth. For sacred or transformational work, this doesn’t come close to what’s needed.
6. Support = A Disguised Dead End
They say “contact support,” but it’s just a maze of self-help articles with no real human help at the end. You click, search, and loop endlessly—until you give up or leave the platform. When something breaks, you’re on your own.
7. Price Tag = Not Justified
For all this clunkiness, you’re paying premium. The platform isn’t stable, elegant, or empowering enough to warrant the cost.
⸻
Bottom Line:
Mighty Networks markets itself as a powerful, all-in-one platform. In reality, it’s clunky, shallow, and unsupported. If you’re building a community that matters—or offering transformational education—this is not the container you want.
Look elsewhere. Your work deserves better.
PS: Still can’t find any real support so posting my feedback here.

We invested in one of Mighty Networks’ top-tier plans and purchased additional bonus programs, hoping to build a vibrant community. Despite our efforts, engagement was minimal—not just in our own group, but also in 4 other communities we’re part of on the platform. It seems to be a broader issue with user engagement.
When we requested a refund for the unused time, support denied it with no flexibility, which was disappointing given the investment. The platform has potential, but in our experience, it didn’t deliver the value or results we expected.

Exceptional Customer Service - A Rare Find Today
In today’s fast-paced digital world, the kind of personalized, old-fashioned customer service we used to rely on has sadly become neglected by many companies. It seems that the emphasis on speed and efficiency has overshadowed the core value of building genuine relationships with customers. However, this is not the case with Mighty Network.
From my years of experience as a loyal customer, what truly sets Mighty Network apart is their unwavering commitment to their clients. Whenever I’ve reached out with a question or needed assistance, they’ve not only responded quickly, but with genuine care and interest. It’s rare to find a company today that prioritizes listening to its customers, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to find the best solutions. They make you feel like a valued part of their community, not just another transaction.
It’s because of this dedication and attentiveness that I’ve remained a loyal customer for so long. Companies like Mighty Network remind us that customer service isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about creating meaningful connections and showing clients that they truly matter.

I've tried twice with mighty networks over the past year.
They have excellent marketing to lure you in, thinking it's a great/quality thing. But it's so bad. Loads of bugs, things don't work, members don't get notifications even if they have set them up to, multiple members can't login on the mobile app with their passwords (that they did check were correct). This happened to me too.
I am a UI/UX designer and their interface is too over complicated even for me. So imagine how it would be for new members.
They are quick to reply to the bad reviews on here, with lip service, as they never fix anything they say they will or pretend they care so much about. The problems remain over the long term.
... behind the scenes, for hosts, their 'support' takes days to respond and when they do, they leave things unresolved or incomplete still. No real time support is so bad, so you can't get anything achieved. Yet they charge a lot of money even for the entry level plan. For what? Frustration, headaches and problems?
Just a huge waste of time and I will not be giving them any money or putting potential members off my community.
Going to circle.so instead.
Great marketing and concept, terrible in reality.

Since the last update (8.182.20) I can no longer log in via the IOS version of the MIGHTY app from my home network. Just get presented with a rotating circle. Can log in fine when away from home directly from Telstra network.

I've hosted my community on Mighty Networks since 2018 and it's been amazing to see how they are able to continue to innovate! What's even more impressive is how much they consider customer feedback. I also like that they have a very strong mission and vision, and their Community Design framework/course helps you to actually use your Mighty Network to build an engaged community that runs itself. I also love the look and feel of it and ability to customize, and my community members love the platform as well!

Presenters were upbeat but real. I appreciate sales pitches that do NOT bash other products. They answered questions thoroughly and respectfully, and were knowledgeable in technical aspects of the integration as well as its applications. A relevant presentation that went beyond product cheerleading
