Mighty Networks is a phenomenal tool
Mighty Networks is a phenomenal tool! I'm the host of The Body By Buckley Community and it's amazing. I'm able to share transformational courses and On-Demand Practices for my clients while also having an active Community engagement. It's so fun to know that we're all in this together and Mighty Networks is one of the best cocreative tools on the market. Gina's passion radiates through the company, and as an entrepreneur myself, I LOVE that. I'd highly recommend for any entrepreneur as Community is the future.

Mighty Network is helpful in countless ways
Besides being the best community platform I'm aware of, I'm repeatedly astonished at the radical difference in the support I receive (from Mighty Networks community members as well as help folks employed by MN) compared to just about any other online company.
I think a testament to the sense of community that MN has created is the fact that I'm a member of a weekly group of Mighty Network community creators that came together spontaneously, not at the urging or even with extra support from MN, to help each other develop their online networks.
The previous online course platform I used had 35,000+ members in their Facebook group, yet I always felt I was struggling alone while developing my online courses.
In Mighty Networks, between the extensive online FAQs, videos, the online help chat function, AND the thousands of eager MN community builders, I know i can get an answer to any question (and often extra insights about marketing, course building, etc) within several hours, and sometimes within several minutes.
This has been my consistent, daily experience over the past 5 months since I joined MN.

A truly great community-building tool, for some
A truly great community-building platform if its rather focused range of functionality fits your needs.
Are you looking for a
- feminine and cosy
- non-competitive framework where you
- easily integrate to Stripe (only, not Paypal) for paid options
- you don't need to know any tech
- having the best (most useful, most active, most staff-supported) community administrator community I have ever seen
Then this might be perfect for you.
If you are looking for something where
- you may want to energise members by using gamification (like e.g. in "engage and get credibility")
- rankings (of the most valuable posting members, most active members, etc.)
- best answer functionality and anonymous posting options
Then this is not for you. These things do not exist and are not in the (excellent) Might Network public roadmap.

The Platform Pretty Much Does It All
The platform pretty much does everything I need and when I can't see how to get something done the team are so helpful in getting me there. For me it is the supportive team, even though different time zones, whenever I have needed them (which isn't often) they get back in a few hours and I feel looked after and feel they get my stress and smooth it out. Every single one - I couldn't do this with out you.

Friendly and Responsive
Have been hosting a global community on MN for four years now; the platform is well-integrated now, and the Mighty Team is friendly, respectful, on the ball, and quick to respond.
That 5th star would totally be there if a) the interface was less dazzling (simpler for newbies to navigate, in particular) and b) we hosts could be given a better sense of where several key features we've requested are on the development priority list. Some of them have taken years to implement, and some we're still waiting on. This is understandable, of course, given how many people they're looking after.)
All that said, MN is far and away the best-of-breed from this long-time host's perspective!

for the second time, I created an account the platform was very confusing and I was trying to get support and waited and waited and no one ever helped so I closed my account 2 months later I decided to give it a try again and the same thing is confusing and can't find any support so it is not for me am sure there are other companies out there that will have what I need

I have invested years, but can't recommend it.
I have invested years into my site here, and it works ok for my business. I'm in too far to quit, but MN has never had good customer service, and the changes they call improvements are silly and ineffective. The graphic design is dull and decades old, recently my use of color for different courses was stripped. Now it all looks alike. It's getting less user-friendly. I had to turn off emails from them because the nagging was insulting. Maybe two stars would be more true.
