Funcking scammers! Never use this !!! You will loose everything!!!

Stilling money and not answering mails or chats
since November 2022. I sent 1 bank wire transfer from Migom bank to my personal bank but they got pending - on hold because they said something wrong with their USD route. they reply and said everything was fine as they are sorting this out and asked me to wait. $15,000 pending and none one answer their chats phone or email,its over a year now. when are you going to give my money back!!!!!!!?????????

On January I sent two bank wire transfer from Migom bank to my personal bank but they got pending - on hold because they ask for documents I sent them all the documents , they reply and said everything was fine so I did two more bank wires transfer from Migom to my personal bank but they were pending on total I have $16,000 pending and none one answer their chats phone or email is as if they are a host company’s, they service is not reliable at the beginning I got answers and they said it was under investigation it has been three months since I got an answer and the money is still pending

This is truly the worst bank ever, difficult to get wages paid in direct , never an agent available, sent withdrawl transaction to close acct a week ago STILL not received money back 10k when send emails just get fobbed off I am thinking this is a scam and mo eyes stolen

The worst bank ever! I have sent 7000€ and they have suddenly asked for documents that they had already , and after two month they still didn’t finish to check the documents and claiming to be patient for the check of the documents ! They never sent the funds and now still waiting for them !!! They are scammers stay away from this scammers!!

I have transferred money to the Migom Bank Ltd for paying someone !
The money arrived at the bank but the person didn’t received it or the bank refused to pay.

These clowns are beyond useless.

Their KYC process is asinine (asking for the same info again and again, while rejecting KYC verification documents that every other platform has had no issue with) and they flat out REFUSE to provide ANY pricing for their platform until you've completed your signup (which they make impossible anyway).

... And they want to charge you a 500 Euro signup fee (for a service you don't know if you will want to use because you haven't seen pricing yet).

Don't just stay away. Run away. These people are useless, and their business model is a completely dishonest phishing expedition to farm your KYC details.

I typically don't write reviews but I am an institutional crypto trader and have been trading with these guys for about a yr. Their execution is incredible considering they are an actual market maker. I am amazed with their execution and fees blow the coin bases of the world out of the water. I've had zero issues on the crypto side and just wanted to say thanks for the awesome experience, my clients ask how I am able to have amazing execution and I happily take the credit so thanks again!!

Started using this bank 3 months ago and am happy with my Euro account. Pretty cool bank, don't see what the fuss is about.

I have had an account here for a little over a year as I own a European investment firm and was sick of dealing with uk banks which always froze my assets for months at a time. Reading some of the blogs and reviews I realized I have similar reviews from clients who don't get their way and decided to see what happens and started small. After a few months I took a risk and moved everything over, I realized if i submit the deposit notification I never have an issue and my funds are credited fairly quickly, regarding wires, I have never had issue so I have no clue what the reviews are for when people say money is owed consideringI have checked for myself and they definitelyare a regulated bank. I guess to each is own people will complain and I'm glad I gave them a try as I have stopped dealing with other banks.

The worst bank ever! They close your account for no reason and then refuse to send you your money, making every excuse and putting any obstacle in your way to stop you from getting it. They owe me $7000. A bunch of pure scammers. STAY AWAY!

More than 1 transaction went missing, disappointed overall, managers ignored many of my requests. Overall client relations is GREAT up until the moment I made a payment, then all went downhill.

I were opening an Account for my Company at Migom 2020. I had to pay 3500 EURO for the due diligence. Then i received a confirmation that all is good. I had to fill another Document and send it back which i dit after 2 Weeks. This was now almost one year ago. Until today i have no Account. When i introduced another client to the bank last year, the responsible officer Mr. Alexander Bernstein told me to not do it in the Migom Bank and has send me to his friend a lawyer which has a lot of Bank he is working with and his office is as well in Geneva. This lawyer took as well 3500 Euro of my client. After many emails and requests the lawyer has wrote back to my client that the Bank which they thought would take the client is not willing to open the account for my client and the 3500 Euro are gone. And they ask my client to pay again 3500 Euro to try another Bank. Today we know that they never were checking in this other Bank as they dont have any records about my clients request. Mr. Alexander Bernstein from Migom Bank is since not answering the messages anymore and the lawyer his friend as well not. I wrote a few weeks ago an official E-Mail to Migom and dit as well not get any answer. As they do not pay any attention to my issue and do not respond the E-Mail i will share my experience all over the platforms to inform people about this group. This is my personal experience with Migom Bank and Mr. Alexander Bernstein! All information i gave here can be verified with me! This is really sad that this kind of operations are possible in Switzerland!

Registration and approving was easy and clear. Compliance team is very correct and fast, manager assistance was sufficient and helpful. Onboarding process took a few days. We appreciate MigomBank team for great job.

This bank stole hundreds of thousands of euros from me.

Lets begin with not many banks exist that want to bank medium risk and high risk organization. let me add the high risk is defined by the very banks that decide not to have you. With the right compliance approach i was banked at Migom , I have a good relationship manager. Dominica is an island yes looking at the new digital economy for new business its banks like this that will be the new frontier. I am happy the service like always can always be improved. Then if you need 50,000 wires then i must wonder why you don´t have an account elsewhere. Keep up the good work.

Migom Bank is great.

Fast account opening, easy flow of funds, access to BTC and SWIFT and SEPA. Good Bank no complaints. Website could be improved, but good anyways.
