A migraine sufferer for 20 years, I'm delighted to have found this brand. I bought both the cap and the massager, and it's really great. It soothes me and helps me to manage my attacks better. I really recommend it.
So far the product has not arroved, but there are a fee things O dislike in the process...first it is that the term migrainmiracle.co.uk let's assume that tje Product is one that is mailed from somewhere within GB or the EU. Even checking the shipment time would not have helped as 7 to 10 days is what I last experienced for shipments from the UK to GER.
Then there is a lot done to not mention once on the website where the company is actually located. I knew once it was shipped and I got the tracking number for Yun Express...which is one of the typical mail service deliverers for shipmemts from china. Hence, the long delivery time.
Then I tried to figure out the return policy, which has discreprencies. On the one Hyperlink it states no refunds for reduced products and 30 days, shipmemt only free if cancelled prior to shipment on the next hyperlink it is returns for 14 days post delivery.
As I had a reduced product and only was made aware of where it was shipped from post shipment I am out of luck for a refund. I would have never purchased a profuct directly shipped from China to put on my face as I have no idea about wthere it has been properly tested for dangerous chemicals and complies with strict EU regulations.
Sorry but if you are proud of your product you do not hide where it is mailed from especially when mailing from countries like china.
Great quality product and one that I hope I don't need to rely upon too often.
the migraine beanie was exactly as it was advertised, I haven't had a migraine yet, but I think the beanie definitely helps. A shoulder warmer is exactly what I need at this time of year to keep my shoulders relaxed when it's cold and snowy outside.
