Great service, really easy and clear

Migrate was recommended to us by a friend so we tried it out, and am so glad we did! Our previous bills had been massively overestimated and even if they hadn’t been, it turned out that we were on a more expensive tariff than we needed to be. We’re now saving £600 a year thanks to Migrate - am more than happy to continue the recommendation!

Easy to use and Migrate delivered a big saving.

Gosh - I had no idea it was going to be so simple.

I've been with E.On since we moved in. It wasn't an active choice, it was just what we had before. I thought it would be a right pain to switch, so could never be bothered. Then, about a year ago, E.On started taking over 4k a month from my account due to some faulty reader. I told them, they said they'd fix it but it kept happening. I was stuck in a complaints procedure for ages, and, well, needless to say - it wasn't a good place.

Cut to..... a 3 minute session on Migrate. I initially thought I'd need my bills to hand, but they actually have two options - one for if you do and one for if you don't, which is helpful. Mind you, I realised I could log into my E.On account anyway and download one so I was able to get the information needed relatively easily.

I didn't go for the cheapest option, instead, I wanted to choose a greener option. It was helpfully laid out and categorised, so I could choose between the cheapest from all suppliers, the cheapest of the big boys, or the cheapest of the green suppliers.

All done now, very straight forward, very happy, and won't miss E.On one little bit.

Seems all very simple to migrate, just wait for the next couple weeks when!I change over.Hopefully it will all go to plan,I’ll review after this period

Early days yet have only registered, not switched waiting until the end of my fixed rate deal but all conversations with James were positive and a check on Uswitch resulted in the same suggestion for switch.
