When I had a small issue, the customer service team sorted it out quickly and with authentic concern. They even contacted me later to make sure I was fully satisfied with how things were resolved.

I placed an order in early December
I placed an order in early December. I never received it and can not get in touch with the customer service or the outside shipping company. The shipping company says it was delivered (to a different city) and no information beyond that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…it is a scam

Do not order clothes from them
It took 2 months to receive my order. I wanted to return my clothing item but I couldn’t get in touch with the company via email they provide on their website. The clothing item was very cheap material, and definitely not worth the money I paid for it.

Exceeding my expectations
I guess I got lucky - I placed the order with Migunica and after I read the reviews here, got a bit scared. But! I received my order in only two weeks. Everything was excellent: two beautiful skirts (silk and linen) exactly like in photos, perfect sizing to mm in the description; beautiful jewellery pieces; and a leather bag! was absolutely exceeding my expectations - what a quality! Highly recommended!
