Wish I’d looked before ordering.
Product not arrived. No replies to emails. Avoid.

Have received one part of my order, however I am still waiting for my blanket. I received an email saying it had been delivered- but it hasn't. I've emailed for a response and have yet to hear back.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

I placed an order when the sauna blanket was reduced (by a fair bit) my order was delayed and like everyone else there's no customer service, which is a shame. I think they must have been inundated with orders and they struggled to supply in time. My blanket did arrive albeit two weeks later, so hold on if you are waiting. I've not opened it yet, so there maybe an airfryer! hope not...

Ordered on 12/4, received update that it was delivered to UPS store on 12/9. It was not there. Called a customer service (UPS) and they said their tracking had it delivered to a different address, but would not confirm it. Sent several email with no response. 12/15 and I still have nothing! Will file dispute with my CC.

Ordered on 4th Dec. & website was showing 3-4 days delivery. 7 days later I received an email saying that due to high volume of orders during Black Friday they were out of stock and delivery would now be Feb. 2025. I have attempted to contact them via email and their website as I want a full refund. Absolutely zero response (the email sent to their support address immediately bounced back as undeliverable). They deserve all the 1 star reviews (to which they also never respond). I wish I'd read all the Trustpilot reviews before ordering but I trusted the 4.8 star reviews on their own website! (I wonder how they got those?) I've just lodged a dispute with Paypal and then it will be Trading Standards.

DO NOT USE. Scam. No customer services. Emails not responded to. Sham email pretending to inquire answered by AI service by Tidio, called himself Ryan pretending to be a human. Reel you in with alleged hefty discount. Their company address is on a residential street in Australia. AVOID.

I wasn't expecting to receive the blanket that quick as I understood the company is based abroad. Checked delivery status yesterday and showed still with seller. I emailed support at MIhigh yesterday - they emailed back within 5 hours explaining problems with yodel having back log / time of year - package arrived today - ditto last review - too much scammongering - good price company doing there best.

Received my blanket today. Slightly later than expected but reached out to the company and they explained the reason for the delay. Despite the reviews I've read, from my experience this not a scam or poor customer service. Just a company doing its best to manage a difficult situation. A little patience and understanding goes a long way

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a blanket on the 29th November and have emailed the company 8 times to find out where the order is and have had no response. Delivery was meant to be 2 to 3 working days. Joke company. DO NOT BUY

Ordered during Black Friday, order finally said ready to ship after a week and provided a Yodel tracking number, then nothing. No tracking updates found, it is 'with sender' doesn't appear that the item was shipped. No response to emails, no updates. A friend has one of their blankets and loves it, it's really a shame that they've ruined their own reputation. As you can clearly see by all the negative reviews here. Likely they've taken orders which should have been pre orders, to then pay for more stock. Or they're now scamming people. It's hard to say when there is no communication.

i would avoid this company if actually wanted your item and basic customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY"! It's not a company, it's an absolute con. I purchased a blanket with the promise of same week delivery... Still waiting, my order hasn't even been shipped yet. Numerous messages to them, when they do finally get round to replying it's more lies and disgusting attitude to customer service. I've been well and truly ripped off. Save your time and money and buy from other brand.

Ordered sauna blanket 2 nd December. Sent emails no response. Looks like this is a scam company and I’ve lost £207 and no Christmas present for my son. I can’t believe I’ve been caught by these scammers. BEWARE

Purchase the Infrared Blanket in the Black Friday sale and was told it would be 2-3 working business days. Have now been informed that it will be February 2025 before receiving it. If they didn't have enough stock why did they keep selling the product??? Then to add insult to injury they then offer a 30% discount to buy more items. What a joke of a company!!! Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered on the 3rd with website stating delivery with 2/3 days. Have emailed numerous times with no response and now have received a generic email saying that the order will not be shipped until Feb 25. Tried to cancel my order and the email address isn't recognised. So frustrated for not reading the reviews in advance and now having to dispute with my bank.

Ordered November 29th have had nothing since. Keep emailing for an update and no reply. And tracking says still with seller. AVOID Z

Purchased sauna blanket and not heard anything since. Not responding to emails. How are Instagram still allowing them to advertise given its quite obviously a fraudulent company?
