I didn't get my order number so I was thinking that I probably wrote my email in the incorrect way, so I made contact with miinto costumer service and they gladly helped me within no time. That is a good experience as a miinto client!!!

deep disappointment regarding an order I placed in January for a bag worth $300, which I have still not received.
I opened a dispute about this issue, but I have not received any response or update. Customer service has been extremely slow, and this situation has become very frustrating.

Lovely customer service very helpful
Pakket beloofd met levering voor kerst als cadeau nog steeds niet geleverd
No package delivered. Product not available anymore. Second person at customer service has been hiding behind protocol and was not prepared to do an extra effort. Consequence: missing gift at Christmas.
Order not dispatched. No refund
I made an order i needed for the Christmas and the item was never dispatched.
The customer service doesn't respond to emails. I haven't received the item not even a refund.
This is not my first problematic order in this store, i made an order from Miinto few months ago, the item was declared as lost by the UPS and miinto asked me to wait for 28 days to get a refund and even after a month of waiting i didn't get my refund. I only got a refund after so many emails reminding them about the terms and conditions of sale and customers rights they finally issued me a refund after about 35 days.
After these experiences I don't recommend this store. They sell products they dont have in hand and when the item doesn't got dispatched or got lost by the logistic carrier they ask the customer to wait to get a refund. Waist of time and lots of stress

Incorrect item sent poor customer service
I was sent an incorrect item which I returned . I asked customer service to refund the return fee of £10 along with the original postage fee of £5 .
Miinto works well as long as there are no issues with the order like mine .
Beware customer service is mainly chat bots and I had to provide endless details before I was contacted by a real agent! Even then I had to keep chasing the refund which took weeks to arrive and I still haven’t received the £5 postage fee as promised. Very disappointing!

Extremely disappointing experience with Miinto.
I returned a brand-new Moncler jacket in the exact same condition as delivered, with the security tag intact. Miinto confirmed the return, then suddenly rejected it claiming “signs of use,” which is completely false. I provided clear photo and video evidence, yet they ignored it and closed the case. I have been waiting for weeks with no proper follow-up or solution. Customer service is slow, unhelpful, and keeps repeating automated messages. I cannot recommend Miinto — very poor handling of returns and zero accountability.

Still didn't receive a refund for an item that wasn't delivered / 7 weeks after the order!
Order not arriving, no information about tracking
Ordered a jacket, said they’d contact the partner shop in Germany for the delivery. No answer. Tried the amicable way of contacting them via the customer service website, got a response saying they’d contact the partner shop for more info. To this day, I still haven’t received a response from them.

Efficiency
I had a problem following my order since I provided an incorrect E mailadress …Tom from Miinto responded quickly to my mail and gave me all the necessary information to collect my items correctly … The E Mail adress was then corrected instantly
Order never delivered, refund promised, refund never received
I orderd a pair of shoes in early August. They never arrived, Miiinto promised to refund the money weeks ago, but I never got the refund. Customer service is extremely slow and they do not even seem to read the emails... I will now issue a formal investigation in Germany (my home country) at the police, as I feel this market place is a scam.

Customer service of MIINTO does great job! They answer quickly trying to resolve quick and positieve the issue!
They cannot be reached
They have great products & ordering went very easy as did paying. Delivery went quite slow but they did keep me informed which was nice. But afterwards I tried contacting customer service 3 times to which they have answered or reacted 0 times. The last time I wrote them is a couple of weeks ago now & still haven't heard back. I did hilariously receive an email asking me to rate their customer service & my interaction with them :)
I have returned 1 item & am keeping my fingers crossed that the refund will be smooth for if not I have no idea how to reach them for they don't seem to answer. All the above is not giving me the secure feeling an expensive webshop is supposed to give you.
So all in all not such a pleasant experience & I won't order again from Miinto.

the product was perfect but the wrapping was unsufficient: just a paper around the Malababa box of shoes, the result was that the box of shoes was damaged.
