Great Shopping Platform!

I am a regular customer on Miinto since 2022 and I have never been disappointed about any purchase, not even when items had to be returned. All processes and steps are clearly indicated. Additionally, the prices are the most competitive ones I have seen so fare. It is true that items don't come exclusively packet, but for this type of expectance one can buy, without any discount, the item in the physical shops. Thank you Miinto for giving us such good offers and variety of goods!

One of my fav online shops for luxury…

One of my fav online shops for luxury goods. Great prices and massive collection of items. I just wished they had an account section where you could login and see your orders.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I payed for express delivery, 1-4 days on a monday. So I expected the package by Friday at the latest, got information that the package would arrive according to the days I had paid extra for.
But it didn't arrive on Friday, then I wanted the delivery fee back from Miinto but to my surprise they said no and blamed it on that the the transport company has 48 hours to process the order.
No serious company charges extra for a service and refuses to refund when it goes wrong, I have screenshots of all conversations. I will never use them again,
it was a gift and it was very important that I got it on time.

12000 sek was stolen! Never buy from Miinto!!!

My husband has purchased for me a leather coat from vespucci accross miinto as a gift for Christmas cz i needed one for my new job, it was a very expensive coat and i was worried about what he did as it is our first time shopping from this site. Little did we know until my worries came true!

First when my husband bought it, he was advised to buy a bigger size on the size chart guide so he got the Large size though my size is medium and when i have received the coat, the size was wrong.

Second i have received a very expensive coat in a package that was literally the size of a A3 300 pages book, very poorly packed and incredibly folded wich damaged some part of the leather coat, and which was one of the reasons they didnt return and refund!

Third i tried to contact them, and they finaly responded and refused my refund after 2 months of chasing! Dont know if it’s part of their scheme, but anyway, the reason why it was refused was that they claimed i have wore the coat bcz theres smoke and perfume! IRONICALLY, i hate smoking and have allergies on perfumes🤣but they insisted on their lies adding that the leather was stretched to backup their lies and their fake claims (knowing that it was stertched due to their poor packaging) until they decided that they cannot return it!!! So i promised them to mention everything that happened to us, in a review and in the news!

It is also important to mention that somehow, when our case happened, they stopped answering the phone, and they wrote back our emails every 2 week!!

So overall: never buy from miinto! Otherwise u will loose ur money! Btw, i heard a few other comments that their products are fake, claiming they r the real brands, which was my doubt when i researched it fee brands so beware!

Now im planning to sell the coat as i cannot use it!

Very bad packaging of the product, especially considering that these were glasses for 62 Euros, which were bought as a gift. No insulating pad at all. The box arrived all crumpled, so the marketable appearance is completely lost. And it's a pure luck that the glasses weren't damaged. All inside the box look like a Chinese copy. Very bad. I don't recommend this store and I myself will never buy from this store again.

Totally wrong item was sent

Totally wrong item was sent, I bought a coral colored bag and got a light blue in another style. That made me without a handbag to my niece wedding. I’m so furious and disappointed ☹️
Although the service when contacted Miinto was good, but that doesn’t change the fact. Miinto tried to compensate with discounts but that doesn’t help in my situation and it can’t take away my feeling of disappointment. Therefore my one star rating remains.

More delivery time than expected

First I had problems to understand when I could receive my parcel - but at the end it went fine. Love my new shoes and they arrived just in time for the occasion!
Maybe allow a few extra days if you order for a certain event, but fine if you have that time!
