Purchase went well but delivery never…

Purchase went well but delivery never happen due to UPS. UPS don't want to deliver the goods as promised. UPS says that they have tried to deliver but they haven't....

I haven’t recieved my order

I haven’t recieved my order! It’s been 13 workingdays now. Called miinto 3 times. I haven’t got a reply back so I know if I Will get my order or not. The invoice was sent 3 weeks ago, but no order yet!!! It’s not UPS problem becouse you haven’t sent the order with them yet. There has been no pickup at Miinto becouse Miinto hasen’t booked a pickup.

The worst ever experience with Miinto…

The worst ever experience with Miinto is continuing (you can find my bad reviews among the rest). After more than 2 months with no help and playing around with me, the warranty department send me the wrong size of the shoes. After all this, you should be so ashamed how you’re treating your customers in situations like these. I want to speak to a manager because I don’t have words anymore that can describe my experience with you. I want the right size of the shoes sent to me ASAP (no waiting more) and the full refund - because what I haven’t been through, words can’t describe that. To everyone that reading these reviews - do not buy anything from miinto - anything.

Very poor service

I bought a pair of Veja sneakers from Miinto. Within 10 days the sneakers started splitting. I wrote a complain and I got 3 options
- claim to the company that sold the sneakers and wait upto three months for a response.
- get 50% credit at Miinto
- get 40% refund to repair the sneakers.

I chose the 3rd option simply because I didn’t want to shop at Miinto again and also didn’t want to wait 3 months for a response. It’s been 3 weeks since I responded to Miinto and have not got a response neither have I got the refund.
The shoes have gotten worse and I will throw them out shortly.

Bought a bag

Bought a bag, which I didn't even have for 2 months. I paid 2000 Swedish kronor, (marc jacobs)
After a while I noticed that the bag changes color, it is now more reddish on some edges and handles. I email miinto, and I get a reply that I can be offered a 10% refund, what the hell am I going to do with a bag for 1800 kroner (after the refund), which I can't use because it's ugly and completely unusable. The handle has also started to loosen. Worst site I've been on, so unhelpful. And now they want me to fill out some "dispute resolution"?!
Please let me send back this ugly bag, send me a new one or refund my money, I have been totally ripped off!

I can see that our partner made this decision after an assessment and they concluded that this wasn't a manufacturing problem. But they wanted to offer you 10% anyways for the inconvenience. The package was not prepared neatly and item was creased. Return label cut sloppy/ unevenly. All in all unprofessional seller! Returned!

Hoodie with print coming off

I bought a hoodie about six months ago. I had been sparsely (around 20 times) used and I haven’t washed it yet. Still the plastic print has started to come off. I sent a in a RMA asking for an exchange or refund. The seller was willing to give me 10% refund which is unacceptable if the goods they delivered won’t last longer than 6 months.

This is an update after Miinto wrote a reply below; I don’t really see the point of making another RMA/claim since I have already done that with the result of being offered a 10% refund. So unless the outcome will change, I don’t see the point of going through the same process once more.

Edit no 2:
So i initially gave Miinto two stars. I looked at my checking account by chance today. They have refunded me the total amount, which was very unexpected since they hadn’t communicated their intentions to do so. Well all is sorted now!

I need help with my order 1687953. I received a pair of soccer shoes instead of sneakers from Axel Arigato, and I need to return them. Bring gave the wrong parcel number and the customer service is not helping me with it.

Very bad service and poor quality

Very bad service and poor quality. i bought a pair of arigato shoes from miinto and only used them for 2 months before the fabric broke on both shoes. I tried to issue a complaint and return them, but got no help at all... so disappointed, will never shop there again, recommend no one to do so either.

The fin al decision was as follows: Unfortunately, your Guarantee Claim is denied, as the previous claim regarding the same item was rejected by Partner.
