Given a two star rating because the fitter arrived!
Strongly advise anyone wanting to have an aerial either fitted or adjusted continue to scroll down on 'Aerial Satellite' and for you to make sure that your fitter is actually local to where he is needed.
The fitter who did my aerial badly damaged the chimney stack and left a job which was far from satisfactory. I am dissatisfied with Stuart the Customer Service Manager who is based in Glasgow(?) and hasn't replied to my letter of complaint. Job done several weeks ago.
Mike Harris is a name which makes one think its local to your neighbourhood - but it would appear to be a national company. It has a Google site which is good at ensnaring the unwary.

Quick and professional service
Very friendly and professional technician who fixed the issue on the same day I contacted the company. The company could be more transparent about the cost. The price I paid was considerably higher than the estimates I had seen online prior to the technician's visit.

Aerial repair
When Ross arrived on site after introducing himself he asked what was the problem with the existing installation.
I told him we intermittently lost the picture on our television. He very quickly established that it was probably caused be the existing aerial being very rusty.
He then replaced the old aerial and tidied up the cabling from the television to the aerial. He then checked it was working correctly.
After another couple of days he called me to make sure it was still working correctly ( clearly someone who cares about the job they do )

Removal of old and worn out sky dish
I moved house and the sky dish was worn and slightly across the front wall. I sent a what’s app message on the Friday evening and by the Monday the morning an engineer arrived, provided a quote and carried the work out. Great service and competitive quote compared to other quotes I received.

Be aware that this company are actively encouraging people to submit five star reviews in order to prolong their guarantees by a year.
