basically dropshipping received in the same packaging (poorly package in addition… since they don’t even change the packaging)
Edit after reading the reply:
- You can’t expect 100% of people to give you 5* if your service doesn’t deserve 5*.
- AliExpress package where you added a round pink sticker on it can’t be called packaging. (And there was no protection no paper absolutely nothing inside so even AliExpress packaging can’t really be called “packaging”)
- “Vi har ikke generell gratis retur”. If I have to send it to you back and pay for it. I would buy it cheaper from AliExpress than sending it back.
- Removing reviews from your website doesn’t prevent people from reviewing outside afterwards. And could be interpreted as misleading to consumers.
- As you said, I bought it to you, a Norwegian company. So I expect Norwegian quality which was not the case. If I wanted the quality I got I would’ve bought to AliE directly. Service is 0 so of course I can complain.
Final note:
If bad reviews are bad for your business, try to improve and get better notes then instead of acting sad or arguments.
I’d gladly change my review someday in the future when/if your service has upgraded. I’m not a mad person, I’m sure next time will be better. I can’t wait to give you a 5* soon.

This is not fair to be honest.
It sounds like you believe that we are buying our goods from AliExpress. We do not, we buy directly from the producers in big container bulks. We are jumping over all the middle links and that is why we in general manage to be cheaper than our Norwegian competitors on the same products.
Also, we pack our products in our own outer packaging. Sometimes it is plastic envelopes and other times it is carton boxes. They might not be beatutiful, but hey do the job. Our goal is to minimize the volume of the package as much as possible to save freight cost.
Du you even know what drop shipping is? It cannot be compared and means that the products you order never touches a Norwegian warehouse or company at all. Normally the drop shipping companies are sitting in other countries and simply transfer the products directly from the producer to you. We receive all our products like any other Norwegian company, and we put in our warehouse. Then we pack it and we send it to you with Bring. We have storage costs, and we pay our employees to do this.
• You are served by a Norwegian company
• You are protected by Norwegian laws
• We pack and deliver generally by 1-3 working days
• You can return goods back to us in Norway
• You can speak to us with a Norwegian person directly on the phone
If you want to buy a product on Aliexpress or anywhere else in the world, it is up to you. Obviously, you chose to buy from us, a Norwegian company. We are NOT expensive, and we sell this product cheaper than most other companies in Norway.
I am sorry that you are not happy, but these kinds of bad reviews are very harmful for small companies like ours. Especially when the review is not correct. Had you been dissatisfied with our service, then ok, but this is a 1-star rating by comparing us to a drop shipping company and how the product packaging looks. That is not fair, and I hope you will reconsider the review.
