Ordered on 3rd January. Paid 75 Pounds for grocery. It is 7th January now, no tracking, no grocery, phone not reachable. I will have to drive down to the store now for further developments.Please do not order from them. "O" stars

don't trust this company,
i have ordered ALPIN WATER for the next day delivery. and the next day they called me to say that we don't have ALPIN WATER and they want to ofer me something else and i said to the guy no thank you i just want my refunds please. they will take your money but the don't have what you order but they still take your money, scamers. and also what they sell on ther website is all pound land staff.

I purchased what was advertised as Iranian rice from this company, but what I received was clearly not Iranian. The grain quality, aroma, and taste are completely different — it’s actually Pakistani rice being sold under a false label. This is very disappointing and misleading to customers who are paying a premium for authentic Iranian rice.
I also purchased Iranian cookies from this company, and unfortunately, they arrived old and stale. The texture was hard, the taste was off, and it was obvious the product was not fresh. I expected authentic, high-quality Iranian cookies, but the items were far from that standard.
This unacceptable. Not recommended

We received our products and everything we received for under £37 was amazing
Very fresh lots of produce
The tomatoes and cucumbers and mangos are so fresh
We will be ordering again
Very well packed and stored with gel packs to keep everything cool

The butchery is Scam. Be super careful.
What they display is complete different from what they pack for you. They do not pack in front of you . Give you the invoice first and when you collect , a poor quality meat has been packed for you.

AVOID! one of the worst online grocery shops that I’ve ever dealt with, they advertise a free delivery for orders over £40 then they charge you nearly £9 for the delivery. worst customer service as they hardly respond to your emails, not even answering the phone!
I had 2 orders from them, and both went so wrong with missing items, damaged or most commonly they deliver less weight than they should, for example, you order 1kg of apples, then they only deliver what I call hardly 500g
NEVER AGAIN!

Avoid I bought 1 kg of roasted pumpkin seeds after a week I received 300G bag packed with a lot of peppers and different metrial. Seller no respond to message. Please avoid

There's something terribly wrong with this company. I have tried contacting this company no end of times to sort out an issue where l was over charged. But, despite countess calls to this company, no one ever seems to answer the phone. I have also sent a number of emails, but had no response to these either. Now, from being over charged for my order, the order seems to have gone missing as it's not turned up yet despite me paying for next working day delivery. So, it seems that our £70+ order has been lost and there's no chance of getting a refund as no one ever responds to my requests for assistance.
I am beginning to believe that this company isn't all it's cracked up to be, and l'm not sure whether there's some sort of scam going off here where they get your money but don't send you the goods. Since buying from this company, l feel really uneasy and feel like lve been wripped off.
SO, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL.

The shop taking orders from customers and money but don't deliver it. In consequences you end up no money,no products. Since 4.06.2024 I didn't recive my gloceries also my money back. Fake store

Good price but slow delivery. make sure you may wait 7-9 days for delivery. If they can expedite delivery time, I can order more from you guys.

Although the products and prices are good, the items I ordered which arrived today were wrapped in mountains of unnecessary single-use plastic. Please wake up @MiladBazar. You have a responsibility to the planet as well as your profit line. I won't be buying anything else until you let me know you've changed. Other like-minded customers, please boycott.

Order 1734 which was ordered on the 12th of April.
I need a refund as you have not delivered.
You also said on Thursday when I rang that you would try and sort it out and let me know today.
As expected no email no communication.
Give me back my money.
It is now the 22nd of April.

After placing my order with the promise of next-day delivery, I was left waiting in the dark. It took some days for them to even respond, only to inform me that some of the items I ordered weren't available. Disappointed with the service.
