ordered a shirt (Order #178297) went to take it off at the end of the evening and the button came off. ive sent it back 3 days ago just received back.
in-between had an email saying there is a spare button in there for this. they expect me or my partner to sew it back on which i cant or spend 15 or so pound to have it replaced which i dont want to do. really soured my expereice with the business, my partner has a wardrobe full of the clothing, has returned 1 or 2 items in the past and never had this problem

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have an issue with your shirt, especially after just one wear. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver.
That said, after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we did find that it did not meet our returns policy requirements, as it was no longer in its original condition. As outlined in our policy, items must be returned unworn and in the same condition they were received. We did share images with you to clearly show the condition upon return for transparency.
Regarding the button, many of our garments include a spare button for minor repairs, which is standard across the industry. However, we appreciate that this may not have been a suitable solution in your case, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
We truly value your partner’s continued support of our brand, and it’s disappointing to hear this experience has impacted your perception of us. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our wider team as we continue to improve both our product quality and customer experience.

The owner of the company sent me a private message on instagram and told me she would get it sorted. I got a message from Milana on instagram yesterday advising that the order would be dispatched yesterday obviously on next day delivery…. It didn’t arrive today!!!!
Awful company. Ordered their new drop for my wife on Sunday. Still not even an order confirmation off them 5 days later, Sent a message on instagram, no apology just a link to their delivery terms stating when new drops occur delivery may be longer. I’d suggest not offering next day delivery on new drop weekends as it’s not the first time they have failed to deliver promptly.
Poor service, im now on Friday and still no order confirmation never mind items.
Will be returning avoid these
