Warning! This shop does not offer customer service at all!

I purchased some T-Shirts despite some bad reviews about the product quality. After a rather long delivery time (which I accepted as overseas), I decided to return some of the T-Shirts as not all of them have the same fit.

Now:
There is no online function to trigger a return, but a hidden hint to contact the support email address. OK, I thought.
So I wrote them an email asking for further instructions. No response. I wrote 8 reminders, but they never responded. I even reached out to their sales email address. No response.

I am deeply puzzled that shops like this exist at all - with heave advertising on FB and Insta, fishing for first buyers, but then not caring for their customers at all. How can this be a sustainable strategy?!

Super fast easy checkout, especially with PayPal. Only annoying thing was the requirement to put an apartment number...I don't have an apartment, I live in a house.

Ordered shirts, 1 out of 3 had a different size, worst quality I've ever received from an online order.
The website looks great, photos of the products are amazing, but you're not getting what you're ordering. The support's best idea to handle the situation: 'give it away to a friend' if I don't like it, or if it doesn't fit.

This company is absolutely horrible. I recieved a package torn openwoth damaged clothes and they refused to replace anything unless I placed a new order. I am still fighting to get my money back. I had a Paypal dispute and they lied saying they would refund me if I canceled the dispute then did not follow through. I am still trying almost 3 months later to get refunded through my credit card. Its just not worth it. Don't order from this company!!! Oh, and they don't insure their packages fyi.

I bought 4 shirts from this site. When I received them I discovered that two of the shirts had been sold using images that were altered. The quality of these shirts was very poor. On one of them, the image printed on the shirt was a low resolution, printed too large, so the image is grainy and pixelated. The other used white stitching and the inside is a pale color, but those features were altered in the on-screen display.

When I complained I got abysmal support. I asked for a refund 5 times in a row. Each time I got a barely comprehensible response saying that if I wanted a full refund I would have to send it to china which is very expensive, and would o accept a 5% refund instead. Each time I said no, I wanted a full refund. They sometimes responded saying “we are sorry the shirts are the wrong size” even though I never said anything about the size.

Eventually they offered a 10% refund and I said yes because I was too frustrated to continue. We will see if the they actually issue the refund. I have my doubts.

I ordered 8 t-shirts from them, as soon as I opened one I could see it was terrible quality and an awful fit so decided I wanted to return them immediately for a refund. I emailed them to ask for this and they tried to persuade me to keep them or exchange them, to which I replied I didn't want to and just wanted a refund, then they stopped replying altogether, these are crooks and thieves, do not order anything from them.

wonderful choices. hopefully the fabrics are quality and long-lasting.
i did want to use a 10% discount i was offered in order to get me to the site, and i did order $100+ USD in merchandise and did get some kind of discount. however, since it was my first order i should have been able to apply the additional 10%. i did send an email and i waited one day for a reply, and today finally ordered anyway without the offered 10%off on my first order 8^(
hoping for good quality and reasonable delivery, will rate again when it arrives.

They do not respect their own return policy from their website. Dishonest, do not buy from them.

Package came within two weeks. The sizing was correct and not too small as others have stated, they may possibly have been using asian sizes before but rectified this. The fabric is ok for the price. The vinyl looks decent but I fear wont last more than a year, will see with the first wash. I was actually very worried about my order of 4 t-shirts having ordered it and then checked the reviews for the company after. Turns out I was worried about nothing. Maybe its a company that started poorly but found its feet. It is also the first order I have placed from a company on facebook as I am always very wary.

I would give negative stars if I could. What a load of crap this company is. Every shirt was a different size though they should have all been mediums. They don't even have tags on them. The hoodie print was ridiculously pixelated and not colored as pictured at all. They don't even read their emails anymore and just send back an automated reply. I sent pictures and they said it was all correct according to the size chart and I asked them if they even looked at the pictures, and I got literally the same word for word response back.

My only complaint, which was an annoying issue, is that after either viewing or purchasing an item I could not just get back to where I was. The website would put me back on the first page...
Making me waste a lot of time clicking through the pages, one at a time, to find the place where I had been.

Wrong size. I ordered a 3XL, and they sent me a unmarked medium. Worse yet when I tell them about it. They tell me based of their records that it's the right size. That's it. Tough stuff. Then they offered me a discount code for my next purchase..
Don't use this company. Customer service is terrible. You can buy shirts literally anywhere else. Lesson learned.

Be very careful buying here. They advertise 14 day easy returns but it's a lie. If you buy you get stuck with the stuff you wan to return as they make you pay to ship to china or whatever it comes from. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Terrible experience. I use their size chart and all the shirts came in much smaller than they claimed. Upon my emailing them, they basically interrogated me and would not address the size issue nor admit fault for their size chart. I need to mention that I actually looked at their size chart and measured myself to be sure that the shirts would fit. They refused to offer return shipping and refuse to acknowledge any responsibility on their part. In addition, the shirts fit differently. Some of them were shorter than others. Many of them did not even have size markings on them.

Bad quality prints, sizes are too small and don't even match each other. It's a Scam!!!!
