A smooth sale and a positive experience
My sister and I sold our mother’s bungalow and it took about 7 months from start to finish. M & B generated many viewings and we were kept informed at all times.
A particular shout out to Debbie Thwaites who guided all parties through the final stages of the sale. She was always knowledgeable, upbeat and on the ball, ensuring any glitches were ironed out. Along with our solicitor at Bracher’s Canterbury, they ensured a stressful time was actually a positive experience.
