I received excellent support and advice throughout the selling process. The staff were all helpful, courteous and professional. It is difficult to pick out individuals in a great team but Scott Roberts, the branch director, and Debbie Mead were both really excellent and like all the staff ,highly motivated. Unfortunately the first sale fell through but M&B pulled out all the stops to rapidly find another buyer and complete the deal extremely fast.

Miles and Barr were great to deal with throughout sale process. Particular thanks to Debbie Mead, who went above and beyond in driving our sale across the line, even when she was on annual leave!. We couldn't speak more highly of Scott, Debbie and their team and would definitely not hesitate to recommend them.

Sold our house through Miles And Barr Birchington. They were outstanding in every way from start to completion. We had a progressor Debbie Mead and she could of not been any more helpful. Keeping us in the loop every week, answering every question i bombarded her with, nothing was an issue with Debbie. She is an asset to the company. As a company I would highly recommend Miles and Barr. We actually ended up completing 6 weeks earlier than estimated. Now another chapter in our life, new home and new start. Our experience with Miles and Barr was very good. At all points of our house buying experience, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. However, deserving of special mention is our Sales Progresser Debbie Mead. She was exceptional. If it wasn't for Debbie, and her knowledge, experience and communication skills we are not convinced that we would have reached the completion stage. She pulled all parts of our chain together and was tenacious in getting results when, all others appeared to be struggling to maintain the flow of information. All in all, Miles and Barr provided us with a first rate experience.

Miles & Barr ( Birchington branch) have been great to buy a property from they have always been veery helpful and asking any questions or viewing the property we have just brought was not an issue at all. All staff are very welcoming and very professional. I was buying a property from Miles and Barr and have to say Debbie their sales negotiator was one of the best people I have dealt with in my whole experience. I was advised by Miles and Barr to use their conveyancing team but was a bit dubious as worried there might be a slight conflict of interest. It was the worst mistake I made. Debbie looked after me better than my own legal team. Responded quickly at all times of night. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
