Becky has been extremely helpful under quite difficult circumstances . We have relied on her to be the link with our buyer.

The biggest thing that made our experience great was having the help of Louise Daly.

The selling process itself was something of a nightmare to be honest, thanks to buyers and their solicitors and agents, but the property has finally completed today, some 19 months after it first went on the market!

But Louise has been so kind and kept us updated so well, and has, I’m sure, done a LOT of chasing of others’ extremely slow solicitors and agents!

This past week, with exchange expected every day then failing to happen, leading to needing a simultaneous exchange and completion today, has been particularly fraught for our family. Louise has been so sympathetic, emailed regularly throughout the days, and shared our relief and happiness when the sale finally completed a little before 5pm today!

Such a lovely lady - she is a shining star within the Miles and Barr Team!

From the very beginning of the sales process all members of the Miles and Barr team we very attentive. We have recently been with Miles & Barr in regards to selling our property in Margate, from March until now. We have had Louise Daly as our point of contact and she has been phenomenal throughout the whole process. She has been consistent with communication, answering all our questions in a timely manner, not only telling us what has happened, but what is likely to happen next with the process as to our request. Louise has always been available to answer all our questions, regardless how small they were. A quick email of reassurance and she responds promptly with answers.

Although it went on for a lengthy amount of time, Emily Stickler re-assured is at every step. We called up almost every week and Emily was nothing but kind and polite in response, calling back if we didn't catch her by phone.
All the other staff also helped by letting us know what was happening (and reading Emily's notes)

Good experience selling our home with the deal branch. Luke H was great at communicating with us and keeping us informed and also Aimee during the viewing process. Jade the sales progressor also did a great job updating us and handling any concerns after the offer was accepted. After having challenging first buyers they went out of their way to get us a new better offer and see it through to exchange of contracts. I would use them again if I ever look to move again.
