Emily provided regular updates on the progress of the sale. Her approach was always friendly and professional . It’s a pity Miles & Barr did not control the legal process 😀

Great Team

We were very happy with the whole team at the Miles & Barr branch in Herne Bay.
From the initial contact with Joe for the valuation and the marketing of our property, to the sales team, Ruben,Harvey, Alex and Bobbie.
When we needed to contact the office Maddie was always on the other end of the phone to help with any questions we had regarding viewings etc..
Once we had a buyer, we were kept up to date with how things were progressing by Millisa.

Brilliant experience of renting

Miles and Barr have been great - it had been a while since I'd rented but everything was explained really well and it was a quick, smooth process. While living in the flat, my property manager Abigail Burch has been such a brilliant help - actioning any issues immediately and always so responsive. She's friendly, helpful and proactive - it's been a real pleasure to work with her. I'm moving out soon but I would definitely rent again through Miles and Barr.

From putting the flat on the market with sam to the final day the staff at miles and barr have been fantastic.
Emily who took over to complete the sale was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better lady to support and guide through everything.

Emily finally did it, well done

Took a long time to sell but but Emily Stickler in particularly drove it forward with lets say challenging buyers. would recommend the company with no problems but the selling market really needs a overhaul in that once you make an offer, you should place a NRD. would save a lot of expense and wasted time.

Efficient and thorough

Miles and Barr manage my property and have done for a number of years. They are reliable and efficient and keep me informed about the tenants issues. Abi currently handles my property and she has been excellent - chasing contractors to carry out work and me to keep on top of my paperwork. I can’t rate the team highly enough.

We had outstanding service throughout. Emily Stickler went above and beyond, she made the process as stress-free as possible, which is always a challenge when you are selling from a distance and can't just pop round to the property. She kept us (& the buyer) fully informed at all times, and nothing seemed to be too much bother for her - would highly recommend

Herne Bay efficiency

Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience working with Miles and Barr (selling my Flat in Cliftonville).

The team provided feedback throughout the viewings and also provided helpful broader market info which helped me navigate the process.

Once I’d accepted an offer the service continued with Louise D providing feedback, chasing solicitors and escalating back to me when needed. This was a real game changer in getting it over the line.

A wonderful and extremely pleasant sales progressor

We have been truly blessed with having Melissa Scarsbrook by our side during the whole selling process..she has been nothing but courteous, professional and informative..she has been a wonderful kingpin ,queenpin?? during the trials encountered during the weeks of processing the sale of our lovely dad's property...

Miles and Barr sold our property

Miles and Barr sold our property. It was a very difficult chain (not their fault!) but their sales progressor, Annie, was absolutely amazing. Kept in regular contact, always went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I’ve just bought my first home through…

I’ve just bought my first home through Miles and Barr Canterbury. Safe to say I knew nothing about the process and the team helped me massively. Everything was explained to me really well and they were patient even when I asked the same questions over and over. Special thanks to Rebecca and Luke. Luke helped me massively at the beginning as I was unsure on what documents needed sending where and then Rebecca has looked after me until exchange and completion and couldn’t have been more helpful.
